Conditions for providing the option

The main condition for providing the option: there must be at least 48 hours left before the new billing period begins, i.e. 2 days. If there is any remaining additional traffic, it is burned for another day. There are no refunds for the amount spent on additional internet. The subscription fee is withheld after using the provided volume of traffic.

If there is not enough additional amount, the client can again take the next package. Its cost will also be 50 rubles.

Internet package 5 GB from Tele2

The terms of service are considered using the example of Moscow and the Moscow region and depend on the region of residence of the operator’s client.

In particular, the “Black Unlimited” tariff has a fixed monthly fee (the cost varies by region). But for the extended allotted time, the user can unlimitedly use ultra-high-speed traffic for his own purposes.

Why the Internet does not work: reasons and solution

• “Everywhere online.” Includes 40 GB of Internet traffic, unlimited communication in all instant messengers and social networks, as well as 50 SMS and 500 minutes of phone calls, while outgoing calls to Tele2 subscribers are not charged. The subscription fee is 500 rubles per month.
• "Mine is online." The Internet package guarantees 15 GB for access to the Global Network, there is also no restriction on communication in social applications, minutes are allocated for calls in an amount equal to the previous tariff, short messages are not included, the monthly fee is 400 rubles.
• "My online+". An extended version of the above offer, twice as much Internet traffic (30 GB), 800 minutes for calls, as well as special conditions for using a SIM card to access the Internet abroad. Cost 700 rubles per month.
• "My conversation." Only 2 GB is allocated for all needs related to Global Network traffic, including instant messengers and social networks. Additionally, 200 minutes are included for calls with no tariffs for Tele2 calls within the Russian Federation. Cost 200 rubles per month.
• "My Tele2". Like the previous tariff, it has a very small limit for Internet access, only 5 GB, while there are no minutes and SMS, but it retains unlimited calls within the Tele2 network. Payment is daily, 7 rubles.
• "Unlimited". As the name implies, the feature is unlimited access to Internet resources, as well as instant messengers and social networks. Additionally, it comes with 500 minutes and 50 short messages. Cost 600 rubles per month.
• "Premium". With this tariff, 50 GB of traffic is available for Internet access, 2000 minutes and 500 SMS for communication. The price is 1500 rubles per month.

“Opera Mini Unlimited” option

This option allows the user to use traffic through the Opera Mini program without restrictions on the traffic consumed by the browser for 4 rubles/day. (upon connection a fee of 10 rubles is charged). However, it should be taken into account that in case of downloading files, a separate payment must be made according to Tele 2 tariffs.

You can opt out of “Unlimited Opera Mini” by dialing “*155*10#” or by visiting your personal account.

Before using this option, you must make GPRS settings.

There are two following setup methods:

1. Manually, by entering “internet.tele2.ru” in the connection properties;
2. By calling the number “679” and applying for settings automatically.
