The bottom line is that now in the tariff plans of this line the monthly fee will be charged every 28 days (4 weeks), unlike the fact that previously the monthly fee was calculated per month and did not depend on the number of days in the month. Now, according to Vodafone, there will be 13 months in a year and we will have to pay more. In addition, the date for replenishing the account will constantly shift, which will lead to a lack of understanding of when and how much to replenish the account. And this is also an inconvenience.

It’s a shame, gentlemen, and it’s a shame to tears that a company like Vodafone Ukraine brazenly and cynically steals money from its customers, at whose expense it itself exists. My daughter has a Vodafon Red (S) tariff. I transfer to her (the day before the service activation date) approximately 70 UAH. Last month (03/07/18) I transferred 160 UAH to her, based on the calculation that the Easter holidays are ahead and in the bustle I might forget to top up. But imagine my disappointment when I found out that only 2 UAH remained of the above amount. Agree that 160-70=90. But not 2? Calling 111 is not possible to connect with an operator at all. Only for our “hard-earned money” we receive the answer “Perhaps you accidentally pressed the wrong button.” It's just a comedy! I start chatting with the call center, and I’m amazed. By number, a subscription to number 2262 is active, this is an entertainment portal, participation in games, thanks to which 5.31 UAH is debited from the account daily. In addition, you receive “annoying” SMS messages, which you have to constantly reject; for each such SMS, 5.31 UAH is withheld until the service is turned off. Only now I understand that my daughter became a victim of a deliberately imposed service, which she not only did not order, but did not even suspect that she was connected to it. I regard this as a component of theft of funds through fraud. Wrote in support. I received a standard reply, like “we have no problems.”
I suggest switching to another mobile operator so that these thieves stop doing this crap. Moreover, now all operators have almost the same conditions.

Conditions
All tariffs from vodafone red are similar in name, and differ only in the year in which the changes occur - 2015, 2021 and now the conditions for 2021. For 110 hryvnia monthly fee you will receive:

The operator Vodafone Ukraine, after launching a new line of Red Extra tariffs, began cleaning up old tariff plans. As a result, the affordable Red XS tariff will be closed from May 5, 2021.
What do you need to know?
The changes do not affect subscribers from Sumy, Poltava, Donetsk, Lugansk and Kherson, where Red XS continues to operate. True, on April 27 their tariff will rise from 50 to 60 hryvnia.
If the user has activated the “Year without monthly fees”, he will be automatically transferred to Vodafone Red XS+ while maintaining the validity period of the service. The terms of the tariff are almost the same, only the SMS package differs: instead of 50 messages per day for 1.5 UAH, the subscription fee immediately includes 30 SMS per month (then at 0.5 UAH per piece). In this tariff, the price will also soon be raised to 60 hryvnia per month, but you still won’t have to pay until the end of the GBA. From May 5, a new service of international calls to 62 countries will also be available: 10 minutes per day for 5 hryvnia, up to 10 packages can be activated per day.
All other subscribers will be transferred to Red Extra XS or Red Extra XS-2. The second tariff is available in certain regions, it is slightly cheaper - 50 hryvnia instead of the standard 55 hryvnia for 4 weeks. As we have already said, in all new tariffs the validity period of service packages is exactly 28 days (13 monthly fees per year).

“Vodafone has prepared for you a special transition to the Vodafone Red S 2015 tariff: instead of 30 UAH/month – 21 UAH for 3 months. Join now - *730# If necessary, add up to 21 UAH.”
Having called 111 before switching to the proposed tariff (at that time I had a “no obligation” tariff from MTS, where the cost of a call per 1 minute was 0.1 UAH - I changed it in vain), the consultant confirmed that 21 UAH was indeed charged for 3 months during the transition. The internal feeling of a dirty trick did not evaporate, but still on September 26, 2016 I topped up my account with 21 UAH. and dialed *730#.
I received a welcome SMS like “Welcome” and I had the opportunity to call without restrictions on the MTS and Vodafone networks, I was credited with 30 minutes of calls within Ukraine and abroad, 30 SMS within Ukraine and abroad (for a month). I’ll say right away: in Ukraine these accrued minutes and SMS are really free (I called Kyivstar for free), but, for example, in Russia these minutes can be spent free of charge only on calls to landline phones, on MTS Russia it will be 1 UAH/min, on others in Russia - 5 UAH/min. If these 30 minutes are exhausted and a month has not passed, then calls to Russia will cost 20 UAH/min, and for landlines to Russia - 0.5 UAH.
09/26/2016 “I got tired” with the expectation that the SMS was true and I would pay 21 UAH for 3 months, after which a tariff of 30 UAH would be charged in the future. 21 UAH were withdrawn, but money in the amount of 30 UAH was needed not after 3 months, as expected, but exactly a month later. On October 26, 2016, the ability to make calls stopped (although I was counting on another 2 months of being able to call MTS, because I had hoped for the conditions offered). On 10/26/2016 on 111 the operator replied to me that I used some kind of discount in July (???) and now I need to top up my account with 30 UAH.
In Contact, a representative of the operator replied that “The promotion on the number 7700 could only be used once. You sent an SMS to this number on July 14, 2016, after which your number received a 30% discount on payment in the “Red S 2015” tariff. If you changed your tariff in July, you would pay three months for the new tariff plan with a 30% discount. However, you changed your tariff on September 26, 2016, so you only received a discount for a month. Your discount was disabled on 10/14/2016.”
Vaguely remembering the July events, I note that an SMS then came with approximately the following content (I, unfortunately, deleted it): “Send an SMS to 7700 and find out what we have prepared for you.” I sent and received the same SMS as on 09/21/2016, quoted above. That's all. Months later, I received the same SMS again and I switched.
And now the question: “How can you guess that having connected a package in September, there are only a few days left before the attractive conditions expire? And why is the text of the SMS designed in such a way as to mislead - it follows that the initial payment is 21 for 3 months (i.e. 21 UAH is withdrawn and the next payment will be only after 3 months - after all, it wasn’t written “replacement 30” UAH/month – 21 UAH/month for 3 months”, namely it is said that
replacement 30 UAH/month – 21 UAH for 3 months).
The operator’s representative in Contact advised “contact 111 or our group to avoid misunderstandings.” But from personal experience, I can only recommend a written appeal. After all, changing the tariff is a one-way ticket, I won’t be able to return back to my “without obligation” one. I was once again convinced of the skill of marketers and that any action is aimed not at saving customers, but at increasing the company’s income.
PS On the evening of 10.26.16 I still topped up my account with 30 UAH. On 10.27.16 only at 12.20 they were withdrawn from the account and free minutes for calls were added. That is, if I called in the first half of the day on October 27, 2016, I would have been charged 3 UAH (the cost of the tariff for 1 day) and again there would not have been enough money to pay for the package for 1 month (and the operator assured that the money would be debited in the morning).
