Secret Unlimited Tariffs Beeline Megafon MTS Tele2

Closed tariffs - what are they?

From the name it is clear that these tariffs are closed to the bulk of users. They are not on the operator’s website, and even in a communication salon the consultant will not be able to connect to them, and often does not even know about their existence.

The fact is that these tariffs are designed for a narrow circle of people: most often they are ordered by corporate clients to suit their needs, since the classic tariffs do not satisfy their needs.

A distinctive feature of closed tariffs is large volumes of services for a low subscription fee. For example, if a public tariff with 15 GB of Internet costs 500 rubles. per month, then the hidden tariff of the same operator with the same volume can cost only 100-200 rubles. per month.

Here is a specific example: the MTS “Smart for Friends” tariff, well known on the Internet, includes 600 minutes to all networks, 600 SMS and 10 GB of Internet with unlimited use of social networks and instant messengers. The monthly fee for this tariff is only 200 rubles. per month, while the minimum payment on the classic Smart line is now 420 rubles. And although people selling such SIM cards charge about 1,500 rubles for connection, this payment pays off in the first months.

The benefits are obvious, which is why many are looking for the opportunity to connect to hidden tariffs. This interest is taken advantage of by people who make money by connecting to such tariffs.

How to activate a closed offer

Do you want to switch to a non-public tariff plan? Employees of the company and their relatives can subscribe to closed Beeline tariffs. If you are not one of them, then as part of the Beeline customer retention program, you can get non-public tariffs when changing operators as follows:

  • We pay the outstanding bill;
  • At the office of a competing operator, we conclude a transfer agreement with our number;
  • In a couple of days, the Beeline manager will call and offer to stay in the operator’s network on exclusive terms. In this case, you can ask to adjust the parameters of the proposed tariff plan in your favor - increase traffic by reducing the number of minutes or vice versa;
  • After the subscriber agrees, the number transfer will be cancelled.

Paid connection

On the Internet you can find offers to buy closed tariff plans. Communication agencies that have an official contract with the company have this opportunity. In this case, you will have to pay for the connection. But before doing this, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the disadvantages of closed offers.

Flaws

Since the number is registered to the company, it will not work:

  • Restore the SIM card if it is lost or fails. In this case, the number will be lost;
  • Change your tariff plan or switch to another operator;
  • Such a SIM card can be blocked after a year. Then it will not be possible to restore the number and tariff;
  • An expensive connection that may not have time to pay for itself due to possible blocking.

Conclusion. Low subscription fees for high traffic and impressive packages of minutes and SMS attract many. But before connecting to a non-public tariff plan, calculate the benefits and possible risks.

If you need to look at other tariffs specifically for your city, then choose from the following options: Astrakhan region, Arkhangelsk region, Vladimir region, Volgograd, Kazan, Moscow region, Krasnoyarsk region, Krasnodar region, Leningrad region, Voronezh, Kaliningrad, Stavropol, Nizhny Novgorod , Yaroslavl, Cheboksary, Tver, Tula, Perm, Novosibirsk, Rostov.

Closed tariffs “Beeline”

Sometimes closed Beeline tariffs can be purchased along with beautiful numbers from the company’s partners. Well-known closed Beeline lines:

  • “Key” - contain from 400 minutes to 6000 minutes of calls, from 10 to 30 GB of Internet, and the subscription fee for them is from 140 rubles. per month up to 1050 rub. per month, and the highest subscription fee is charged for truly gigantic volumes of services - 30 GB of Internet, 6,000 minutes and 6,000 SMS.
  • “Solution” is another line of hidden tariffs with a subscription fee from 200-300 rubles. per month.
  • “X5 80” is perhaps the cheapest hidden tariff, where for only 80 rubles. 3 GB of Internet, 500 minutes and 500 SMS are offered per month.

When purchasing such a tariff, the main thing is that the number is registered in your name, and not in the name of a stranger.

Most often, intermediaries offer closed Beeline tariffs. Recently, “Internet +1” has become popular with unlimited Internet for 300 rubles. per month, and even with the ability to connect an additional 5 SIM cards for one monthly fee and distribute the Internet without restrictions via wi-fi. True, intermediaries set quite high prices for connecting to such a tariff, from 3,000 rubles.

Beeline: “Key”

Beeline boasts a very cool line of non-public “Key” (“Exclusive”) tariffs with unlimited Internet in high-speed networks and good packages of minutes.

But for those of our readers who prefer Tele2, we have unpleasant news. This mobile operator has no non-public offers. So, if you want to connect yourself to a hidden tariff plan and save on communication services, you will have to switch to another telecommunications company. If these tariffs interest you, go to Google - there are a great many intermediaries who connect to non-public tariffs, we will not advertise anyone.

Hidden tariffs “MegaFon”

Most often they talk about non-public tariffs of the “Fresh” line:

  • “Fresh 100” - 10 GB of Internet, 1000 minutes and 300 SMS for only 100 rubles. per month;
  • “Fresh 220” - 20 GB of Internet, 1000 minutes and 300 SMS for 220 rubles. per month;
  • “Fresh 500” - 50 GB, 3000 minutes and 300 SMS for 500 rubles. per month.

As you can see, the volume of services is several times greater than at regular rates from the official website.

The MegaFon operator officially allows anyone who wishes to connect to corporate tariffs using the “Our People” program.

The connection is initiated by the company, but each employee has the opportunity to connect up to 5 people to corporate rates. Connection certificates are intended for family members, but they are easily transferred to strangers.

This is how MegaFon’s hidden corporate tariffs become available to a wide range of subscribers.

What are non-public tariffs?

Non-public, or as they are also called - hidden, include tariffs that cannot be purchased at a communication store and there is no information about them on the operator’s official website.

Sometimes hidden tariff plans are confused with closed tariffs - those that once existed, but have been archived and can no longer be connected to. They got their name because subscribers can continue to use them, although, in fact, they are already “closed”.

All non-public Beeline tariffs can be divided into 3 types:

  1. Personal offers from Beeline.
  2. Individual corporate tariff plans for organizations.
  3. Non-public tariffs from Beeline partners.

Let's look at each of them in detail.

Personal offers - Beeline hidden tariffs

In some cases, a mobile operator may offer its subscribers special conditions in the form of a discount on services or a transition to an individual tariff plan:

  • As part of advertising campaigns and promotion of new services.
  • To stimulate the intensity of mobile communications use.
  • As compensation after an incident caused by the operator.
  • To retain a subscriber if he stops using the number or switches to another operator.

Depending on the circumstances, Beeline currently offers its subscribers one of two hidden tariffs:

All for 90

Subscription fee3 rub./day (90 rub./month)
Mobile Internet in your home region100 MB
Calls to Beeline in your region of residenceFor free

Everything for our own

Subscription fee200 rub./month.
Mobile Internet5 GB
Package of minutes for calls within Russia500 min.
SMS package500 pcs.

Both tariffs are much more profitable than public ones, but have rather modest characteristics and are suitable only for subscribers who make few calls and use the Internet.

Receiving special conditions directly from the operator is profitable and pleasant. True, discounts or a special tariff plan will not remain with the subscriber forever - they often have a limited validity period.

Individual corporate rates

By attracting corporate clients, Beeline creates tariffs together with companies that their employees can use. Each organization has individual conditions, often with a certain gradation depending on the employee’s position.

One example of such cooperation is corporate tariffs for employees of the X5 group of companies (Pyaterochka, Perekrestok, Karusel stores):

X5 80X5 155X5 310X5 580
Subscription fee80 rub./month.155 rub./month.310 rub./month.580 rub./month.
minutes50080030005000
SMS50080030005000
Internet traffic3 GB10 GB20 GB50 GB

Lower prices for communication services within individual corporate tariffs are provided due to a large number of connected numbers and a reduction in the organization’s tax base. Also, in some cases, employees pay only part of the cost of services, and the other part of the costs is borne by the companies.

A new non-public tariff plan can be created not only jointly with individual companies, but also for an event, for example, a sports championship or an economic convention. Such tariff plans are intended for participants and organizers, and their validity is limited to the time of preparation and holding of the event.

Non-public tariffs from Beeline partners

On the Internet you can often see very profitable Beeline tariff plans for sale, which are not and have never been on the official website, and the operator’s support service knows nothing about them. The nature of their occurrence is simple: specialized organizations enter into partnership agreements with Beeline and jointly develop individual tariffs, which are subsequently sold as non-public.

Each Beeline partner company creates its own lines of tariff plans and comes up with individual names for them, so it is almost impossible to find the same tariffs on different sites.

As an example of one of the most common offers, we can highlight the “Key” tariff group:

Key 150Key 250Key 400Key 500
Subscription fee150 rub./month.250 rub./month.400 rub./month.500 rub./month.
minutes500100020004000
SMS10050010001000
Internet traffic10 GB25 GB35 GB50 GB

Affiliate tariff plans are cheaper than official ones, since Beeline includes in its products the costs of attracting customers and maintaining communication stores, while partner companies do not have such costs or they are significantly lower.

Hidden MTS tariffs

This operator has a number of hidden tariffs, many of which are well known, although not presented on the official website. Here are the most popular:

  • “Smart for your friends with unlimited Internet” - 600 minutes and 600 SMS, unlimited for all resources for only 200 rubles. subscription fees;
  • “Ultra for our own” - 20 GB, 5000 minutes and 5000 SMS for 1450 rubles.
  • “Super MTS for our own” - the cheapest calls to any numbers in Russia, tariff without monthly fee.

On the Internet you can find information that you can connect to these tariffs when switching to MTS from another operator, this is like a bonus for the switch. In addition, many salon employees have the right to connect to “Smart for their own,” so it would be a good idea to ask salons about this possibility.

Hidden tariffs of operators - how to save on mobile communications

Important: all information below is provided for informational purposes.
The author does not bear any responsibility for your lost money or blocked SIM cards. Indication in the comments of links to sites offering to connect closed tariffs will be punishable by a ban. We have long been accustomed to the fact that in addition to monthly payments for an apartment and the Internet, payments for mobile tariffs have been added, and they cannot be called small: on average in Moscow, tariffs with 10 GB of traffic and several hundred minutes cost 400-600 rubles, so for a year the price of a simple smartphone from Xiaomi is rising.

Therefore, the desire to save money here is obvious, and for this you can take advantage of special non-public tariffs from operators. What kind of tariffs are these? You won’t find them on the operator’s official website, and the consultants in the salons will simply shrug their shoulders. They are not intended for the general public, but an ordinary person with a regular SIM card can often connect to them.

There are two options for such “secret” tariffs. The first are corporate ones. For example, a representative of Horns and Hooves LLC comes to MTS and says that his employees make a lot of calls, and regular tariffs are expensive for them. And the above LLC agrees to buy as many as 10,000 SIM cards, but with a more divine tariff. Obviously, the operator will most likely agree and give the representative of “Horns and Hooves” the required number of SIM cards with gentle conditions. And some of them may not reach real employees, ending up in the pockets of ordinary citizens for certain amounts of money.

The disadvantages of this approach are immediately visible: firstly, your phone number will change, since the SIM card is new. Secondly, it is not issued in your name and is associated with a certain LLC, so going to the operator’s salons is closed for you, and if after a while the SIM card stops working, you will not be able to do anything.

The second option is much more interesting, and we will consider it. It lies in the fact that there are so-called tariffs “for our own” - for example, codes for connecting to them are issued to MTS employees for relatives, and, according to some data, almost 10 pieces per person. So it is not surprising that most of them flow into the hands of resellers.

What are the advantages of this method? Firstly, you still have your number and SIM card: in the case of the same MTS, you simply send an SMS with a code to a specific short number, after which the connection occurs in a couple of minutes. So you can safely go to operator salons and use your personal account - no one will block you for this. Secondly, such tariffs, by and large, are eternal: you are unlikely to wake up tomorrow and see a notification that your tariff no longer works and you have been transferred to the basic one.

Again, MTS is given as an example: in the case of Megafon, there are also closed tariffs, although the transition to them is no longer made by code, but by phone number and full name: in any case, it is difficult to call this information confidential, we often indicate it ourselves in online stores.

Of course, many will say - why do I need such a hassle if there is an almost guaranteed way to save money: go and write an application to switch to another operator, after which the original one, in order to keep you, will most likely offer a discount on communications in the amount of 20-30%. Yes, this really works, but only in the case of closed tariffs the savings are not tens of percent, but several times or even ten times - we will talk about this below.

MTS “Smart for our own”

Perhaps the most popular closed tariff from MTS. For 200 rubles per month you get 600 minutes and 600 SMS, as well as 10 GB of traffic or even unlimited. For example, a similar open tariff in Moscow offers 500 minutes and SMS with unlimited traffic for as much as 650 rubles - in fact, the benefit is obvious. The cost of the code to switch to it is about 1,600 rubles for the version with 10 GB of traffic and 2,200 rubles if you need unlimited Internet: in general, this amount is paid off in 4-5 months, and then you are in the black.

Alas, this tariff cannot be connected to Crimeans and residents of the Far North. Also, when traveling to Crimea, the option with unlimited Internet will not work; only 10 GB per month will be available to you. There is no roaming on the tariff.

MTS “Ultra for our own”

The Ultra tariff is good for those who communicate a lot: for example, in Moscow it offers as many as 5,000 minutes and SMS. True, the price tag is not encouraging - as much as 2,900 rubles per month. So “Ultra for our own” has also found its niche: you get the same number of minutes and SMS, but with a 50% discount, that is, for 1,450 rubles. The only disadvantage of this tariff compared to the regular Ultra is that you will only have 20 GB of traffic available instead of unlimited, which is a lot in any case.

The cost of switching to such a tariff is about 1,600 rubles, that is, it takes literally a month. The working conditions are the same: it does not connect to SIM cards of Crimea and the North, but 20 GB of traffic works everywhere. There is also no roaming.

MTS "Prime"

For those who do not need SMS, but require unlimited Internet, and 5000 minutes are charged per week, MTS has a Prime tariff. As you probably already understood, there is unlimited Internet and calls to all networks in Russia, but only 500 SMS messages. Actually, among the open tariffs there is not even its analogue, but the price of 1,100 rubles per month looks quite adequate.

The cost of switching to it is quite high, on average 2,700 rubles. In addition, there is no transfer to it using a code - you will need to tell the “connector” your name and number, and the process itself can take up to 5 days. But there are fewer restrictions: it can be issued on SIM cards of northerners, the only exception being Crimeans with code 978.

Megafon "Fortuna VIP"

The “green” operator decided not to create a bunch of tariffs, and all of its closed offers belong to the Fortuna VIP line and differ only in three digits at the end, which are responsible for the monthly cost. For convenience, we have combined them all into one table:

Actually, the main difference from MTS is the absence of tariffs with unlimited traffic or minutes. On the other hand, this does not negate their benefits: for example, the open tariff “Turn on! Write” for 400 rubles offers 300 minutes and SMS and only 5 GB of traffic, and Fortuna VIP 400 for the same money will give you three times more minutes and 10 times more gigabytes. There are no restrictions on connected SIM cards, and the tariffs themselves are valid throughout Russia, with the exception of Crimea.

Beeline - tariff dump and questionable conditions

But Beeline, as usual, distinguished itself, and not for the better. Firstly, they simply have mountains of closed tariffs - as many as 16 of them! Secondly, all the “connectors” that we found on the Internet required not only a full name and phone number, but also scans of a passport with registration

: It’s hard not to call this information confidential, so think three times before sharing it with a third party on the Internet.

But if this doesn’t scare you, the entire list of closed tariffs available for connection looks like this:

It is unclear why so many tariffs were created, many of which overlap. But, in general, they are all profitable: for example, the top open tariff “Absolutely EVERYTHING” costs 6,000 rubles per month, offering 6,000 minutes and 60 GB - its analogue can be considered the closed “Key 1050”, which offers everything the same for just 1050 rubles, that is, almost 6 times cheaper.

Tele2, Yota and others

Alas, these operators currently do not have closed tariffs, so if you are offered to connect to them, this is most likely a scam. True, Tele2 had them before, in the amount of four, so perhaps new ones will appear in the future.

Experience of connecting to the “Smart for your own” tariff

Of course, this article would not have appeared if I had not convinced myself that absolutely anyone can switch to closed tariffs. For the last year, I have been using the “Tariffish” from MTS - the cheapest tariff with unlimited Internet, because I often use more than 50 GB of traffic per month. Of course, the price of 650 rubles was quite high, so the desire to switch to a closed tariff was quite strong.

The main problem was to find a reliable seller: after all, everyone offers to first send them money to the card, and in return you will receive a code. And there are obviously plenty of reviews on the Internet that many people received non-working codes or nothing at all after sending money. So in the end, I chose the following reliability indicator for myself: a group on VKontakte with at least several thousand subscribers should trade codes, it should work for at least a couple of years and have reviews from real people (not bots) with screenshots of what they really have closed rates. Of course, the guarantees are still pretty shaky, so be prepared in advance for your money to go down the drain.

As a result, the correspondence looked like this:

In general, everything took a couple of hours - apparently, the connection time (Sunday evening) had an effect. It is clearly visible that the process itself is streamlined; they send you ready-made, pre-written messages. Well, as a result, so far nothing terrible has happened in a few days, the SIM card works fine and the tariff has indeed been changed to “Smart for our own”:

Legality of using closed tariffs

The situation here is somewhat delicate. you can use closed tariffs

- after all, the same employees of operators specifically receive codes for their relatives to transfer to them, and the operator, of course, does not know the grandmothers and second cousins of all his employees. So if you switched to a closed tariff, you can use it without fear.

On the other hand, operators prohibit their employees from selling codes or other opportunities to switch to closed tariffs, sometimes carrying out “demonstrative floggings” for this. So buying codes is, in general, illegal. The only problem is that it is obviously almost impossible to distinguish a relative of the operator who received the code “officially” from the buyer.

Therefore, it is not surprising that the industry of underground transition to closed tariffs is thriving. So if you have a desire and, most importantly, a head on your shoulders, there will be no problems with this. But remember that we do not take any responsibility for this.

Hidden Tele2 tariffs

This operator also has hidden corporate tariffs with more favorable conditions, but there is very little information about them. It is only known that not so long ago, coupons for a 50% discount on the regular subscription fee were distributed online, but buying this risks losing your money.

There are also special tariffs distributed by the operator exclusively through partners. For example, “Transparent Borders M” for 300 rubles per month - 500 minutes, 15 GB and unlimited use of instant messengers and social networks. For 100 rubles. With an additional payment, you can make the Internet completely unlimited. The tariff also offers favorable prices for communications with neighboring countries.

How to buy a hidden tariff

As you know, in Russia cellular tariffs are sold not only in branded showrooms, but also in small private companies, and even at gas stations.

And if in branded salons you definitely won’t be offered secret tariffs, then it is in small private companies that sell tariffs that there are the most delicious closed offers, and they are sold legally. Here they can help you switch to a hidden corporate tariff from your current one. Here's what you need to remember when planning to switch to a closed non-public tariff:

  • Do not issue a SIM card to an unknown person; it may stop working at any time.
  • Look for reviews of the selected tariffs to see if there are any pitfalls;
  • Choose a seller with recommendations. They charge a considerable amount for connecting to such tariffs, from 1000 to 3000, and it would be a shame to lose this money and be left without a favorable tariff.
  • Remember that sometimes it makes sense to contact a company store with a request to transfer to a non-public tariff, especially for the MTS and Megafon networks.

As for the rest - if you find a good deal and a reliable seller, why not try a closed tariff to save on cellular communications.
