• communication with subscribers registered outside the subscriber’s home region and region of residence is paid at a rate of 12 rubles per minute.

International communications are charged as follows:

• a minute of outgoing calls to the CIS countries and Georgia costs 30 rubles;
• communication with subscribers living in the USA, Europe, Canada, Turkey, China or Vietnam will cost 50 rubles. in a minute;
• One minute of calls to phones registered in other countries costs 80 rubles.

While the subscriber is in international roaming, special payment conditions apply, which depend on the exact location of the client.
