It can be said without exaggeration that “Communication Z” is a new generation tariff, without a mandatory subscription fee, but at the same time with service packages and unlimited options. How is this possible? Everything is very simple! This tariff plan is a kind of “designer” that the subscriber customizes to suit his needs.
Unlike other similar operator offers, Svyaz Zet gives the user the right to choose which packages of minutes, SMS and traffic to buy, and which unlimited services to connect. The second feature: the tariff does not have a billing period and purchased service packages are valid indefinitely, i.e. until they are used up. Impressive, isn't it?

The tariff plan does not have a subscription fee, but if there is no activity on the number, starting from day 91, a subscription fee of 5.5 rubles per day is charged. Activity on a number means any paid actions - charging for options, costs for calls, sending SMS and accessing the Internet, as well as using previously purchased packages of minutes, messages and traffic . The fee stops being debited when activity resumes or the balance reaches zero.
You can find out the balance of money on your balance, packages of minutes, SMS and Internet traffic using the command *102# or in the mobile application.
Calls and messages on the tariff
The basic version of the “Communication Z” tariff plan does not contain any prepaid minutes or SMS. At the same time, the subscriber is given the opportunity to independently purchase the necessary packages:

On tariffs without connected service packages, as well as in case of their exhaustion, calls and messages are paid in accordance with the basic rates:

Internet on the “Communication Z” tariff
When purchasing a new number or switching to the Svyaz Zet tariff plan, Beeline provides 1 GB of Internet traffic free of charge and indefinitely. In the future, the subscriber will have to decide “what kind of Internet” he needs and independently set up his tariff. You can choose from traffic packages of a fixed volume and 3 unlimited options with a small daily fee.
To access the Internet, the user can buy traffic in packages:
- 10 GB – 350 rubles
- 30 GB – 450 rubles
- 50 GB – 550 rubles
Internet traffic can be purchased at any time. Previously purchased gigabytes are saved and new ones are added to existing ones.
If desired, the subscriber can enable automatic traffic updating . In this case, after the purchased package of gigabytes runs out, another one of the same will be added.
For example: if you bought a 30 GB package and turned on auto-renewal, then after it is used up, Beeline will automatically connect another 30 GB.
Without automatic traffic renewal enabled and if there are not enough funds on your balance to connect to the next package, after the gigabytes are exhausted, Internet access will remain, but the speed will be limited to 8 Kbps.
Instead of traffic packages or as a supplement to them, the subscriber has the opportunity to connect separate options:
- Unlimited Internet – 30 rub./day
- Unlimited social networks and instant messengers – 5 rubles/day
- Unlimited YouTube – 5 RUR/day
If you activate unlimited options, the purchased traffic does not disappear and is not consumed; it can be used later, at any time.
If at some point there is not enough money on the balance to charge the fee for the next day of using unlimited options, then their operation is suspended, and Internet access is provided at the expense of the purchased traffic.
Setting up the tariff and connecting additional packages and options is carried out through the mobile application or Beeline personal account.
A phone with the “Communication Z” tariff plan connected to it can be used as a modem or Wi-Fi access point to distribute traffic to other devices. Thus, you can distribute for free not only the purchased gigabytes, but also the traffic connected under the “Unlimited Internet” option.
The tariff can be used on any device, however, if the “Unlimited Internet” option is enabled on it, access to the network on modems and routers will be blocked.
According to the terms of the tariff, if the subscriber creates an excessive load, the operator reserves the right to limit the speed of the Internet connection.
Communication in roaming in Russia and abroad
When traveling around the country, provided the subscriber is on the Beeline network, the conditions and cost do not change.
Unfortunately, Beeline network coverage is not available throughout the country; when a subscriber is in the networks of other operators, national roaming conditions apply: packages of minutes, SMS and traffic are not provided, and each minute, message and megabyte of traffic is paid separately.
In particular, on the territory of the Crimean peninsula, Beeline does not have its own network of towers and, as a result, prices for mobile communications are higher than in other regions. More details: Beeline roaming in Crimea.

Combined with other options
When connecting to VNet, you must remember that smartphones and tablets access the Internet automatically. This is needed for updates and settings. If the subscriber uses traffic only to social networks, disabling the main Internet option is not recommended. If it is disabled, you must activate at least the minimum megabyte package. Application updates will be charged according to your plan terms.
The “VNet” option is not compatible with, which is now archived and not available for connection.

The subscription fee is 5.5 rubles. per day (including VAT) - starting from the 91st day from the date of the last activity of the subscriber, which resulted in the debiting of funds from the Electronic account (paid calls, SMS, MMS, GPRS sessions, etc.) and ceases to be charged if the subscriber’s activity resumes or balance exhaustion. In cases where funds were debited from the Subscriber's Electronic Account during the billing period, the subscription fee is included in the cost of communication services and is not charged as a separate amount.
This all means that once every 90 days you must perform at least one paid action, otherwise the tariff will simply include a subscription fee of 5.5 rubles per day (approximately 167 rubles per month). This condition exists on some other tariffs of mobile operators without a monthly fee, but the “Communication Z” tariff is a special case, since it is positioned as a tariff that allows you to use packages without a time limit. Yes, it’s as if it doesn’t exist, but there is a condition about a mandatory paid action. That is, if you do not use up the purchased packages of minutes and Internet within 90 days, and you do not need to connect new packages, you will have to send one message to perform a paid action in order to avoid paying a subscription fee. And if you have also connected the SMS package... Well, then connect and disconnect any unlimited...
As for me, 90 days without communication costs is a rather modest period for a tariff plan with such a concept. And, I believe, many subscribers who switch to this tariff will not be very happy when they learn about the new subscription fee, which, perhaps, by this time will already have time to suck up part of the balance.
Services for unlimited communication via messengers.
Messengers can gradually become a full-fledged replacement for social networks. At the moment, Viber and Whatsapp hold the leadership in this area. Unlimited in these applications is also provided for Tele2 subscribers. In addition, there is a separate service for the new service from Odnoklassniki - Tam Tam.

Among the main advantages of using the option are:

- even if there is no network access, the service remains active;
- The service can be used throughout Russia, with the exception of Sevastopol, Crimea, Dolgano-Nenets and Taimyr municipal districts.
Please note that the service does not work when using video files, i.e. viewing clips and films on social media. networks will not work. It is also not possible to follow external links to third-party resources.
Personal opinion
It seems to me that for some subscribers such an offer could be very profitable. At least when compared with public tariffs of mobile operators. We are, of course, talking about those subscribers who spend few minutes and GB every month.
You can only connect to the mobile Internet and use exclusively instant messengers, you can connect only minutes and call any numbers in Russia at an affordable price - 1 ruble per minute or even cheaper.
If necessary, you can temporarily connect to unlimited mobile Internet and distribute it, or connect to unlimited YouTube and watch a bunch of videos within one day for a very modest fee.
For those who need a lot of Internet and a lot of minutes, the tariff is not suitable - buying packages or connecting to unlimited Internet will be quite expensive. Unlimited service alone costs more than 900 rubles per month (for Moscow and the region).
I will note the uniqueness of the offer from Beeline. Finally a tariff has come out that is not like the others...
But…
Don't forget about the subscription fee trap. As for me, this is an extremely unpleasant condition that spoils the overall impression of the “Communication Z” tariff.
And the last thing... I switched to the “Communication Z” tariff on the first day of its launch and... my personal account in the mobile application stopped working - “An error occurred. Something went wrong, try again later." In general, on paper the tariff is not bad, but I haven’t been able to test it yet.
The problem was solved by updating the My Beeline application on Google Play.

Pros and cons of the Beeline "SuperCITY" tariff plan
The “SuperCITY” tariff is in the middle price category, and therefore accessible to many users. Other providers have plans similar in price and content - “Tariffische” from MTS and “No overpayments. Internet" Megafon.
Advantages of the “Super CITY” tariff:

Action on trips around Russia and Crimea
The “SuperCITY” tariff operates in all constituent entities of the Russian Federation with the exception of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug (the Internet package does not work there, and the Internet speed is noticeably limited) and the Crimean Peninsula.
The following conditions apply in Crimea:
- all incoming calls are free;
- outgoing to Russian numbers – 2.5 rubles per minute (the package of minutes is not valid);
- outgoing SMS to Russian mobile phones – 2.5 rubles per message (SMS package is not valid);
- mobile Internet: the first megabyte is free, then you can connect to unlimited Internet for a day for 249 ₽. The first 300 megabytes are provided without speed restrictions, and then it drops to 128 Kbps. With the beginning of the next day, the package is updated and the speed is restored, another 249 rubles will be debited from the account.
You can refuse unlimited Internet in Crimea, but instead you need to choose:
- Option “100 MB in Crimea” - gives 100 megabytes of Internet per day for 99 rubles per day. The command to activate the option is *110*9291#.
- Per-megabyte tariff is RUB 2.50 per 1 MB. Connection command *110*991#.
If you do not want to use mobile Internet while in Crimea, dial the USSD combination *110*9391#.
Unlimited Internet in roaming
It is not possible to get unlimited internet for your phone while outside the country. The operator only offers the “All for 1800 + roaming” tariff, which provides 15 GB of traffic throughout Russia and in popular countries.
