Thank you for such an impressive, complete comment. To be honest, I was a little angry when I wrote this post. But I still think that my criticism of Beeline is justified. And here’s why: 1. It’s a little unclear to me why an enterprise with a margin, according to various estimates, from 30 to 50 percent would attract and transfer to its tariffs in such a way that is not entirely fair from a universal human point of view, such as small font, text that blends into the background and other methods hiding important information on the main page, and even more so in the detailed description. Before switching to this tariff, I actually read the detailed description quite carefully, but did not pay very serious attention to all these asterisks and small text below - this is not the first time I am switching to another tariff and I thought I had already memorized this text, but it turned out that I had to read needed constantly. Here, of course, I’m a fool myself, but why, explain, why do it so ugly? Although Beeline is clean before the law - it provided complete information - but this is a little reminiscent of all sorts of services with short numbers for predicting the date of death and how old you are, and who you were in a past life, or just drawings of millions via SMS - there too, if you dig around, then you can find information that this is just a game and all the data is not worth anything. But, firstly, you still need to find this information there, catch your eye, but it is written in such a small font that you can’t read it without special tools. Doesn't remind you of anything? The information that you will have to pay constantly is quite important (IMHO, of course) and it should probably be written at least in a detailed description of the tariff in a normal font, and not just a barely noticeable footnote in a huge layer of barely visible text.

2. The situation with the taxi, which I mentioned in the addendum and in the comments, by the way, is almost entirely true. The night before the shutdown, with a positive account balance, I was just returning home at one in the morning and I needed to call a taxi. I don’t know how I managed to do this and when Beeline’s days begin to block calls, but in the morning my phone was no longer working, and I had to make an important call... In general, the morning was going well. I can simply imagine what would happen if their blocking time was, for example, 12 at night or a little earlier than I called a taxi - I could stay on the street and either walk (an hour and a half) to the house in the cold, or it's exorbitantly expensive to catch a bomb. In general, the situation is not the most pleasant. And of course, I’m a fool here too, but guess how many times I received information that the number was working until a certain date: during the week of using the tariff, I remember only once - somewhere in the middle of the week. Other times: balance and all sorts of “turn on the beeps” - this is so important. Is it really true that the information that I won’t be able to use the services someday suddenly shouldn’t always

complete - it’s the same if something like: Positive balance + intrusive advertising was given upon request. Or should I look for information about the shutdown date again in the footnotes? In the end, was it difficult to send a simple newsletter about an imminent (well, for example, a day or 2) shutdown? But constant advertising SMS come with enviable regularity... Yes, I understand that they won’t make money from sending out information, but they will win customer loyalty, probably, or we’re all just paying rednecks and nothing more.

In general, I have already completely resolved the problem with this tariff. In fact, being a Beeline user from the very beginning of my use of cellular communications, I did not think that I would end up like this. Not nice. Made conclusions:

1. Fools learn from their mistakes, smart people learn from others. I'm still a fool.

2. In fact, in principle, I now do not use the huge layer of service from which Beeline received some additional money from me (sometimes quite good). I understand that this is a drop in the ocean, but now I really don’t really want to pay even an extra penny to this company. I check and keep an eye on everything, because I’m tired of letting even minor stains go unnoticed. If they wanted such a meticulous client, then they achieved their goal.

3. I haven’t completely left Beeline - I’ve been using the number for so long that I really depend on it. The decisive factor was not even the fact that most of the people I talk to constantly use MTS. If it were possible to change operators without changing the number (it seems possible in the USA and in all developed countries), I would probably get the hell out of it. But I solved the problem with constant payment. In principle, the comment I made in UPD helped me with this.
