Why can they refuse?

  1. By dialing *122#. In response, you will receive a message indicating the available loan options, fees and your further actions. Following the instructions, select the required amount and confirm the transaction. Funds are credited to your account instantly. To receive funds faster, you can dial *122*1#. Within a few minutes you will be credited 50 rubles. — the minimum possible amount of borrowed funds, provided that this type of service is available for your number.

  2. By dialing *111#. You will receive a menu in which in the “Services” section you should find the “Services at 0” section, and then the desired “Promised payment” section.
  3. In your personal account on the Tele2 website.


The procedure for granting credit of trust

To take out a loan on Tele2, the subscriber will need to complete the following steps:

  • go to the operator’s website;
  • select the “Services” section in the top menu;
  • in the submenu that appears, click on the “Deposits and transfers” section;

  • more than 60 days: maximum borrowed amount of money - 50 rubles;
  • more than 120 days: the maximum borrowed amount of money is 100, 200 or 300 rubles.

The debt is written off automatically either after a certain period for the provision of the service, or at the time of replenishing the account with an amount equal to or exceeding the debt. The debit occurs in any case, even if after this the subscriber’s number has a negative balance.

If it is not possible to top up your account, the subscriber can remind you of yourself and ask for a call back using . The service is provided free of charge; connection also does not require payment. You can send a request to call back provided the balance is not higher than 5 rubles.

No more than 60 requests are available to the user each month. Only 5 can be sent per day. To send a request, the subscriber must dial the combination *118*<recipient number># and press the call button.

Debt terms

Minimum trust loan amount:

  • 50 rubles is issued for a period of 3 days;
  • 100 rubles are given for 7 days;
  • and 200 and 300 - for a period of 10 days.

Upon expiration of the term, the money borrowed from the operator, taking into account the commission, will be debited from the balance of your number, even if after this the balance becomes negative. Therefore, before the end of the specified period, it is necessary to deposit funds into the phone in an amount equal to at least the loan, taking into account the commission.

Promised payment+

New Tele2 subscribers can use a similar option called “Promised Payment+”. The maximum amount and commission size are determined individually for each client. Connection conditions depend on the current tariff plan and current costs.

To activate the option and receive information about the possible amount, send a short message containing “+” to number 315. You can confirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions and top up your personal account as a loan by replying with any text to the message received.
