One of the leading Russian mobile operators, MegaFon, launched a line of “All Inclusive” tariffs several years ago, among which subscribers most often chose the “All Inclusive M” tariff plan. It has both undoubted advantages and noticeable disadvantages. We will try to comprehensively analyze this tariff, highlight its strengths and weaknesses. This will help subscribers correctly evaluate this MegaFon offer. After all, future mobile communications costs depend on the correct choice of tariff.
All inclusive S
If you subscribe to this tariff plan, you will need to pay a monthly subscription fee of 300 rubles. For this money you will receive 300 free minutes for outgoing calls to all numbers of Megafon and other domestic operators in any region of Russia. You will also be provided with 200 free SMS messages and as much as 2 GB for data transfer on the Internet. According to the current terms of the Megafon-TV service, you will have the opportunity to watch 1 free movie.
Disabling tariff
If the subscriber is not satisfied with the current conditions, he has a question about how to disable the tariff. It is impossible to simply turn it off. Each SIM card must be connected to some tariff so that it can function properly. Therefore, you can disconnect from any tariff only by switching to another. To cancel All Inclusive M, you need to:

Megafon “All inclusive” tariff line
The most common device, of course, will be a mobile phone, but you can also use various gadgets. For example, a smartphone or tablet also successfully accepts all the necessary settings. Regarding tariffs, and there are as many as 5 of them in the line:
- All Inclusive XS;
- "All inclusive S";
- "All inclusive M";
- "All inclusive L";
- "All inclusive VIP"
We can say that their value increases with each subsequent level. But, at the same time, the volume of services becomes most significant. For example, Megafon’s “All Inclusive L” tariff provides its subscriber with 8 GB of traffic, which allows you to watch videos, TV series, films, play various applications, and visit social networks. Moreover, the choice of format from the two proposed ones: 3G and 4G remains at the discretion of the subscriber. Therefore, depending on how often and intensively the Internet is used, the gadget itself is selected that is acceptable for the required functions.
Let's look at each of the tariffs in more detail in order to understand what benefits they provide to their subscribers and determine what becomes most profitable when connecting.
How do options work in other regions?
When traveling to other regions, your mobile communications are charged in the same way as in your region (except for the Crimea Peninsula and Sevastopol).
Internet packages are valid everywhere, with the exception of the most remote corners of the country (for example, Taimyr MR, Magadan, Kamchatka, within the Sakhalin and Chukotka regions, in Yakutia, on the Crimean Peninsula and in Sevastopol). There, charging occurs per megabyte - 9.90 rubles / MB.
There is no additional charge for switching to a line of tariff plans, but you must have an amount of at least 1,210 rubles in your account. as a minimum advance payment.
Peculiarities
The entire range of services at the all-inclusive m tariff will cost users only 590 rubles. Additional expenses on a mobile phone are possible only if the limit on outgoing calls and 3G/4G Internet is exceeded. Activation of the service is possible throughout Russia. Megafon tariff “All inclusive M 15”

Prices are given in rubles including VAT. The fee is charged upon transfer/connection once a month on the 1st day. If you connected/transferred on the 15th or 20th, an amount equivalent to the remaining days until the end of the month will be debited.
If you have used up your Internet traffic before the end of the month, its speed will decrease to 64 Kbps. You can restore your previous speed by renewing your Internet for a fee or by waiting until the 1st of the month when the traffic is renewed. You can extend your Internet using the option of the same name, which provides 200 MB for 30 rubles, but no more than 15 times per month. You can find out the rest of your traffic by dialing *558#.
Megafon tariff "All inclusive M16"
Monthly use is 700 rubles. every month. SMS, MMS, video prices do not change, but the amount of package contents differs:

“All inclusive M 3 – 16”
This tariff plan provides more Internet traffic, the number and cost of minutes are reduced. The price of mms and calls to Megafon numbers in other cities remains the same, as in the above lines. The plan provides 300 messages, 300 minutes of talk time and 6 GB of Internet. The monthly fee for the m3 tariff is 11 rubles/day. The cost of 1 minute of conversation in the Home region is 1.5 rubles, SMS is 1.95 rubles. 11 rubles for using the plan are written off every day.
The 2021 All Inclusive M has undergone a slight change. The fixed fee for a month of use is 500 rubles. It includes:
- 500 minutes of communication;
- 400 SMS;
- 3 GB Internet;
If the standard amount of 1440 minutes is not enough, the time starts counting at 1.6 rubles per minute. The cost of other options does not differ from the “All inclusive M 16” service.
Promotion – even more internet from the operator
Do you want twice as much Internet access from Megafon without speed limits? In 2021, this became possible for all users of All Inclusive packages.
Become a subscriber or upgrade to a package from this line from May 30, 2021 to August 31, 2021 and you can get even more mobile Internet. Enjoy additional Internet traffic for three whole months! After this, from the start of the fourth month, traffic will be provided to you on a basic basis.
You can subscribe to one of the packages in 2021 on the company’s website, as well as in any Megafon office.
If you switch to one of the offered options, then during the specified period you will be able to use the amount of traffic equal to that which is basic in your tariff plan.
In order to become a participant in the promotion, your balance must have no less funds than indicated in accordance with the condition of the presence of a minimum advance payment.
If you switch to a different package, the amount of data provided will be canceled.
During the period from 05/30/2016 to 08/31/2016 inclusive, you will be able to join the promotion using any tariff in the line, even the archived one.
Thus, the operator’s subscribers may not change their usual conditions for using mobile communications, while still receiving unlimited Internet access.
Additional terms
When describing their tariff offers, mobile operators usually talk about the most basic parameters, focusing on the advantageous aspects. However, each tariff hides many little things that can turn out to be significant.
Some of them may lead to additional costs, which may cause disappointment in the tariff. Others provide useful features that the subscriber may not be aware of. To use the tariff fully and avoid unnecessary costs, you need to know in advance about all the pitfalls.
MegaFon also included some implicit features in its All Inclusive M tariff that are worth knowing about.
We tentatively tried to identify positive and negative ones among them. But the final assessment of these nuances remains with the subscriber.
VIP
The VIP tariff stands out due to its scale. It is ideal for those who are constantly in touch with loved ones and do not regularly check the Internet. Its cost is 1800 rubles. For the specified money, users have access to:
- unlimited calls to operator phones;
- 3500 minutes to other numbers;
- 3,500 messages (except for phones of third-party operators issued outside the home region);
- 15 GB Internet;
- 4 free movies for rent;
- mobile television.
Additionally, each described option includes a lot of services, options and functions that make communication more convenient. These include anti-determinant, video calls, conference calls; redirection and a lot of other additions.
How to disable
If a subscriber decides to change the tariff or refuse the company’s services, there are several options for disconnecting:
- Personal Area. Find the “Tariffs” section on the megafon.ru website and select the appropriate option. Wait for an SMS notification about the completion of the operation;
- Service center. Call 0500 and follow the operator's instructions;
- Tariff change. Study the description of packages in your personal account. After the transition, the shutdown will occur automatically.

Batch SMS, traffic and minutes have run out
When the limit on minutes expires, users have to pay for calls at the following prices:
- The intranet connection remains free, regardless of where different subscribers are located geographically, and whether there are minutes left.
- To call people who use the services of other companies in their region, you will need to pay 1.6 rubles per minute.
- Communication with numbers belonging to other operators, not on the home network, costs three rubles per minute.
The cost of messages is as follows:
- SMS in the format of your region is priced as follows: one message costs 2.9 rubles.
- An SMS sent to people served by other operators in Russia costs 3.9 rubles per message.
- MMS, as in many other tariffs, costs 7 rubles throughout the country.
When the packet traffic ends, you can no longer access the Internet. To extend the ability to surf, you can use additional options that provide 70 MB/day-5 GB per month.

Monthly subscription fees are not provided for all areas. For example, in Kaluga you need to pay 16 rubles daily to use the package, but the scope of services differs from Moscow.

Additional information on "All inclusive M"
It is worth considering that when activating a new tariff plan (it does not matter whether you were previously a Megafon subscriber or not), you are provided with half the limit, valid for 15 days. In this case, the write-off is made at a time in the amount of 50% of the current subscription fee.
Starting from the 16th day, the second half of minutes, SMS messages and the Internet is provided, which is added to the previously unused portion. After this, the subscription fee begins to be charged once a day. Its size will depend on the availability of previously connected options and the region of activation. After the first month of use, traffic is provided immediately in full and is counted from the day you connect the SIM card or switch to a new tariff.
