If we are talking about mobile numbers in your home region, then the connection will cost 1.5 rubles/min. All calls to a cell phone or home phone of other operators will be charged as long-distance.

Option "Long conversations"

If calls to mobile numbers are made quite often, then it is recommended to enable the special option “Long conversations”.

This function is an addition to the already connected Rostelecom tariff plan and allows you to reduce the cost of a minute of telephone conversation to 1 ruble (however, for 1, 2 and every 31 minutes the operator will charge almost three times as much). The option is valid only within the country.
