Description
MTS has recently replaced several corporate offers with a line of tariffs called “Smart Business”. They include a variety of options, which make it possible to use communications as much as working hours require. Of course, such an offer has also increased the cost, which today is at least 400 rubles.
As for connection, any tariff can still be connected in the following ways:
- Fill out the form to connect a new number and tariff online.
- Place an order for a number using the MTS online store.
- Subscribers can call the hotline operator toll-free number 88002507850.
- It will also be possible to connect to any offer if you personally visit the MTS branded communication salon.
Now you need to consider each proposal separately with a detailed description of them.
What to do if you are not satisfied with the proposed tariff?
In fact, corporate tariffs by default are more attractive than their regular counterparts, so there is no need to rush and close the contract.
If you are not satisfied with the tariff to which they want to transfer you automatically, you still have until the end of September 30 to choose one of the tariffs from the Smart Business line yourself.

Smart business Start
This is the cheapest offer from the operator, which will cost customers 400 rubles per month if the connection is with a federal number. If you connect a landline number, the monthly fee will be 900 rubles.
The offer includes:
- 400 free minutes for calls within the home region to any operator in the country, and if calls are made outside the home network, then the minutes will be spent only on MTS numbers.
- All outgoing calls within the contract are free of charge.
- Users will also be allowed to send 400 free text messages to any number on their home network.
- The tariff already has Internet, the traffic volume is 3 GB, and it will only work in the Moscow region.
Other prices for communication services:
- After using up free time for communication, you will need to pay for calls to any numbers on your home network, except MTS, at 2 rubles per minute. Calls to MTS remain free.
- Calls in roaming within Russia to any networks will cost 10 rubles/min.
- If the client travels outside his home region and uses mobile communications, then all calls that will come and go will amount to 10.9 rubles per minute.
- When the free traffic runs out, an additional option is automatically activated, which will add another 500 MB. The connection cost will be 75 rubles, and no more than 15 such activations are available per month.
- Text messages in excess of the provided package in the home network will cost 2 rubles, and to numbers in other regions of the country for 3.8 rubles.
Everything in excess of the package
Communication from MTS Belarus has no restrictions if timely payment is made. If any service or all of them has ended, there is no need to worry: call, write and surf the Internet. The cost of services outside the package will be as follows:

Smart business M
The cost of such a tariff plan for residents of the Moscow region will be 600 rubles/month. subject to the purchase of a federal number, if a city number is purchased, the monthly fee will be 900 rubles.
The tariff includes the following services:
- Free time for communication with any number in the country in the amount of 1000 minutes.
- Within the contract, communication is unlimited.
- Customers can send 1,000 text messages to any number on their home network throughout the month.
- There is also an Internet tariff, the volume of which will be 10 GB. You can use the World Wide Web only in the Moscow region.
Payment for communications above tariff offers:
- Calls to MTS numbers in your region will cost 0 rubles, but to other numbers the payment will be 2 rubles per minute.
- If you call within the country, then to MTS numbers you will not be charged per minute of communication; to other mobile numbers, the cost per minute will be 10 rubles.
- Payment for communications when traveling around Russia will be similar to the tariff described above and will be 10.9 rubles/min. for incoming and outgoing calls.
- After using up all the traffic, a package for 1 GB of Internet is automatically activated, the activation cost will be 150 rubles, and you can use no more than 15 connections per month.
- Messages above the tariff plan are charged at 2 rubles/sms. for a home network and 3.8 rubles per SMS for sending throughout the country.

Tariffs without monthly fee
One main category of tariff plans should be highlighted - on a per-minute basis. They differ from others in that they do not require ongoing monthly payments. The consumer pays only for the actual use of mobile communication services. You don't need to pay money for unnecessary options and mobile Internet if you don't need it. Bulk packages of minutes and messages are not included. This is important, because if you do not spend the established quota during the billing period, then the balances will simply burn out, as will your finances.
Smart Business XL
The cost of a federal number according to the tariff plan will be 1,500 rubles, and for a city number you will need to pay 2,000 rubles/month. The offer is suitable for large companies that need to frequently use mobile communications. The tariff includes:
- Package with 4000 free minutes for calls within the country.
- Internal contract calls are not paid.
- Payment for incoming calls when traveling within the country is not debited. And if you travel to foreign countries, then up to 10 minutes of incoming conversation the payment will be 0 kopecks. From 10 to 25 minutes the cost of a call will be 25 rubles per minute.
- Additionally, you can use 3000 SMS, which are available for sending on your home network.
- The tariff plan includes 20 GB of traffic, which can be used anywhere in the country.
Payment for services in excess of tariff packages will be as follows:
- Outgoing calls on the home network, with the exception of MTS numbers, will cost 2 rubles/min.
- Outgoing calls to country numbers after spending free minutes will cost 10 rubles/min.
- When leaving your home network, payment per minute of communication on MTS Russia phones, as well as on any number in your home region, will be 8.9 rubles. Calls to any network, any region except home, will cost 10 rubles/min.
- After using up the Internet, no more than 15 packages worth 150 rubles with 1 GB of traffic are activated.
- The price of messages remains the same, as is the case with other tariffs.

Why are subscribers outraged?
In recent days, several MTS subscribers have contacted us.
