Tariff

The fundamental difference between this tariff and “My Smart” is not only the size, but also the direction in which the packages are spent.

500, 800, 1500 or 3000 minutes and SMS can be spent communicating with clients of any telecom operators throughout Russia.

Regardless of the package chosen, mobile Internet for the tariff holder will remain unlimited, including when traveling around the country.

The subscription fee for the tariff plan ranges from 450 to 1350 rubles per month and also depends on the current packages.

• 25 GB mobile Internet.

For a nominal fee of 50 rubles/month, you can add 5 additional numbers to your tariff, with which you will share your packages.

Important! There is no uniform distribution of tariff options between the numbers connected to it. In other words, if one of the participants has used up one of the packages, for example, mobile Internet traffic, everyone else will receive the service until the end of the billing period only for an additional fee, which is debited directly from the phone account.

X (Hype)

A fresh, bright, youth solution, aimed at those who are more comfortable communicating with loved ones via the World Wide Web. Taking into account the fact that for many modern people the voice communication function in popular instant messengers actually successfully replaces regular telephone calls, the offer is in increasing demand.

The monthly fee with this tariff is 12.33 rubles per day, that is, on average, 370 rubles/month.

The tariff content will be as follows:

• 100 minutes to all phones in the Stavropol Territory, including MTS numbers;
• 200 SMS to home region:
• 7 GB Internet;

Important! When using “X”, only the subscriber has the right to decide whether to deposit the entire amount at once or top up the account with small payments several times during the month. However, one of the key points is that if there are not enough funds on the balance within the hour of debiting, the SIM card will be automatically blocked by the operator until the account is replenished.

ULTRA

A premium tariff plan initially targeted by MTS at VIP clients.

Currently, for 1,700 rubles monthly, Ultra provides the following features:

• 3500 minutes to all phones in Russia;

• 15 GB Internet.

In addition to the most comfortable conditions for cellular communication, subscribers with this tariff plan are provided with a special dedicated line for service in the Contact Center; when calling the short number 0990, the wait on the line is less than one minute.

It is interesting to note that literally in 2021, “Ultra” has not yet provided such extensive opportunities. Calls within Russia were free for its owners only if the subscriber himself was in his home region, but when traveling around the country, he had to pay extra for communications at his place of stay. If you have been using this tariff for a long time and the conditions of your service differ in one way or another from those described above, it is recommended to simply reconnect it, thus updating to the new version.

If any package on a tariff with a subscription fee ends during your prepaid month, further use of the service will have to be paid separately, in addition to the previously paid subscription fee. According to the terms of service on MTS package tariff plans, when making calls within the network, that is, to MTS phones registered in your home region, minutes from your package are consumed. Only after it is exhausted do they become absolutely free, while calls with clients of other telecom operators begin to be charged per minute.

I wanted to write about in what situation the new Tariffishche will be more profitable than the old version, but it turned out to be a serious accumulation of conditions, so my conclusion is that MTS has worsened the Tariffishche, and in some cases it even got worse. Apparently, MTS decided that it had too many subscribers.

MTS presents two tariffs in Stavropol without a subscription fee:

• "Guest".

Super MTS

This tariff has long and reliably proven itself as a convenient and economical solution for those who make calls mainly within the network within the Stavropol Territory, or more often receive calls themselves.

Tariffing will be as follows:

• calls to MTS phones in your home region – 0.75 rubles/min;
• calls to phones of other operators in the region and home phones – 1.20 rubles/min;
• calls to MTS phones within Russia – 3 rubles/min;
• calls to other phones in Russia – 12 rubles/min;
• SMS to numbers in the Sverdlovsk region – 2 rubles;
• SMS within Russia – 1.95 rubles;
• Every 20 MB of Internet – 25 rubles.

Despite the fact that “Super MTS” does not imply any mandatory fixed payment, it can be supplemented, which will significantly expand the capabilities of the tariff. Thus, calls to MTS numbers in the Stavropol Territory become free, and every day the tariff owner has 100 MB of Internet traffic at his disposal.

The cost of the service is 6 rubles per day. According to the terms of connection, it begins to operate simultaneously with the tariff plan itself and to disable it you must resort to the help of an MTS employee, or do it yourself in the user’s Personal Account.

A tariff plan that provides its owner with affordable calls not only within the home region and Russia, but also abroad to such popular destinations as Vietnam, China, South Korea and the CIS countries. In comparison with “Super MTS” and other per-minute and per-second tariffs that are already closed for connection, their price will be noticeably lower.

The current tariff conditions are as follows:

• calls to MTS phones with the “Guest” tariff plan within the Stavropol Territory are free;
• calls to MTS phones with any other tariff in the region - 1.50 rubles per minute;
• calls to numbers of other operators and home phones in the region – 1.50 rubles per minute;
• calls to MTS phones in Russia – 5 rubles/min;
• calls to other phones in Russia – 5 rubles/min;
• SMS to numbers in the Stavropol Territory – 1.50;
• SMS within Russia – 1.50;
• Every 20 MB of Internet – 25 rubles.

Also, along with the “Guest” tariff plan, a paid option “SMS Smart Package” is provided. It makes it possible to send 10 messages per day to any numbers in the Stavropol Territory for free. For the first 15 days, no commissions are charged for it; starting from the 16th day of the service, the cost will be 2.50 rubles/day.

Nuances

Before switching, it is important to know that the program is closed in a number of regions. The company is gradually removing it from existing plans

Mobile Internet

The computer tariff gives access to the Internet without traffic restrictions, but with a speed limit. The maximum that can be squeezed out of the modem is 10 Mbit/sec. This is not a lot, but not a little either: the Internet speed is quite enough for videos in standard quality without any brakes. By the way, Megafon’s tariff for desktops is limited to 4 Mbit/s, and subscribers are quite happy with it.

If you work with large amounts of data that are regularly sent over the Internet, then the speed limit can be removed. You need to dial the combination *111*1637# - the option is called “For laptop 052020 at maximum speed.” With it, full unlimited will cost an additional 350 rubles monthly.
