New megabytes are added when the monthly fee is charged according to the terms of the tariff plan. Accordingly, if you connect, for example, on the 15th, and the subscription fee for the tariff plan is charged on the 1st, then for the first 15 days of using the service you will still have to pay 300 rubles, and then 10 rubles for each day.
