There are no problems with SMS, they arrive quickly and without incident). But the Internet is constantly buggy, my husband only used it for the first month, and from the second month he switched back to MTS mobile Internet.

Another disadvantage is that the monthly subscription fee for the day is not charged on time and sometimes unpleasant situations arise: let’s say there are 3 rubles in the account, but 4 should be debited. I had already made several calls in the morning and by lunchtime there was a fairly decent minus on my account. That is, due to the fact that they have a glitch in the system (and they are regular) and the fee has not been debited, calls are billed at a very expensive rate.

To sum it up, I want to say -

“Motive” is a good operator with really favorable tariffs, but at the moment there are a lot of problems on the technical side, they need to be solved and not put on the back burner.

Nowadays, many of my friends use Motive less and less, because it takes half an hour to dial a number - not everyone’s nerves can stand it.
