Why such secrecy? Most likely, the reason is the cheapness of the tariff - the monthly fee is only 90 rubles. For this money, you can talk to Megafon subscribers in your home region for as long as you want and correspond with them through popular instant messengers. But it also has disadvantages: paid calls to other regions of the country, even to Megafon subscribers, as well as a small amount of Internet traffic - only 1 GB.
Tariffs for new SIM cards
Offers are available for new numbers only. Registration for an individual. When purchasing online, the subscriber receives his SIM card by mail or through a transport company. These are offers with unlimited Internet at high speed. Calls to Megafon numbers throughout Russia are also without restrictions.
"Megafon 338"
For calls to all other numbers in Russia, 1000 minutes are given. Subscription fee is 338 rubles per month.
"Megafon 455"
This option provides 4000 minutes to any numbers in Russia. Monthly payment – 455 rub.
Tariffs for all regions of Russia
These are tariff plans with large packages of minutes and traffic at a low price. The transition is available to all Megafon subscribers.
Tariffs "Forward"
Calls to Megafon are unlimited and do not consume your package. No roaming in Russia, except Crimea. Connects to existing numbers - you can switch with your SIM card.
The line consists of five options:

Does this method have limitations?
MTS tariffs “for our own” can only be activated once on a specific number. If you don't use your number for five months, you'll revert back to the basic rate.
If you want to change the tariff manually and then return to the freebie again, you won’t be able to do this on the same number.
Tariff plans are only for individuals ; they cannot be connected to corporate SIM cards. And, as in other “for your own” tariffs, you cannot participate in the MTS Bonus program.
“For our own” tariffs are not available for Crimean SIM cards. But subscribers from Russian regions can come to Crimea with their SIM card and be serviced in the same way as at home, without roaming.

How to connect a non-public Megafon tariff
Hidden Megafon tariffs are available to a narrow circle of subscribers. These are the company employees themselves, their families, as well as corporate clients who have entered into a special agreement.
But there is one legal way to get a cheap tariff plan for an ordinary subscriber. In this case, the connection will be offered by the operator himself. This is possible as part of a customer retention program. To do this you need:
- Go to the office of any other operator and write an application for switching with your number.
- After this, after 2-3 days, an operator will call from Megafon and ask about the reasons for leaving. Typically, the subscriber is offered one of the hidden tariffs to deter him from switching to a competitor.
- The operator can offer another option - the current tariff on favorable terms, for example, with a 50 percent discount on the subscription fee.
- If the client agrees, then a tariff plan with new parameters is connected to him, and the application for the transition is canceled.
It often happens that a call center operator simply forgets to send a request to cancel the transition. What are the dangers of using hidden tariffs?
Those exclusive tariffs that the operator himself connects are completely safe and legal. The only limitation is that if the tariff is changed, the discount ceases to apply (if the subscriber had special conditions added to his current tariff).
When a SIM card or activation code is purchased from a third party, there is always a risk. The number may be blocked by the operator if fraud is discovered. In a year, the organization may close and the tariff will cease to apply; in the worst case, the number will be blocked forever and you will have to buy a new SIM card with a different number.
If the transition to a tariff occurs with a change of owner (often such tariffs are issued to an organization, and not to an individual), then the subscriber loses basic opportunities for service by the operator:
