The tariff subscription fee does not include:
- Transfer of SMS messages . To send a text message within the network, the subscriber will pay 1.8 rubles for each. Sending messages to clients in other regions of Russia will cost 3 rubles.
- Transfer of MMS messages . Any multimedia message to Russian numbers will cost 7 rubles.

What is unique?
On the tariff plan “Turn on! Speak”, you will be provided with an unlimited amount of traffic to access instant messengers, but since the main tariff plan does not involve the use of a network access package when traveling around Russia, you will not have constant access to instant messengers when traveling outside your home region.
Note! Mobile traffic for using messengers from the above list will not be taken into account only when accessing them through official applications and current versions of Internet browsers. You won't be able to save your package if you use Opera Mobile, Opera Mini, or similar programs if they use VPN modules and traffic compression.
Preferential access to the TP is provided to such applications and services as:
- WhatsApp.
- Viber.
- eMotion
Important! Any type of communication via instant messengers - both voice and video communication will not consume traffic (in the home service area).
As part of the development of their TV service, when connecting and activating MegaFon.TV, the user is given unlimited access to this service (for one device). The subscriber gets access to the free “Basic” package and other additional free packages on general terms. The service is located at www.megafon.tv.
Internet cost
The traffic provided is consumed within a month and is valid throughout Russia. All balances disappear when moving to the next month.
With full use of the provided Internet at the “Turn On! Speak”, additional traffic in the amount of 200 MB is automatically connected for 30 rubles if there are funds on the balance.
The subscriber can add a new option “Extend Internet 1 GB” or “Extend Internet 5 GB” costing 175 and 400 rubles, respectively.

In the tariff plan “Turn on! Speak" short message packages are not included. Prices for sending SMS and MMS are as follows:

Tariff Notes
When switching to a new tariff plan, you must have funds in your account for the initial payment. If a Megafon client changes his decision to change the tariff, then this payment is non-refundable.
During the initial transition to a new tariff plan, half of the monthly payment is written off; after the 16th, the remaining amount is transferred from the subscriber’s account. If on the date of debit there is not the required amount of funds on the number’s balance, then the next deduction will occur at the time of the first replenishment of the balance. At that time the new tariff will be activated.
Internet traffic, included in the subscription fee, is connected on the first day of the reporting period and is valid throughout Russia, except Crimea.
It should be taken into account that in Crimea, all calls to numbers of Russian operators are paid according to Russian tariffs, and calls to numbers +380 ХХХ ХХХ ХХ ХХ - according to Ukrainian tariffs.
Basic package and cost
What does the basic tariff package consist of and how much does it cost to use it? Like almost all tariff plans of any operator, this tariff has a cost and the content depends, as usual, on the region of the country in which the SIM card was purchased. The difference in cost between regions is small, but the volume of traffic and minutes differ markedly. The package of short messages is not included in this tariff.
What calls are the minutes from the package intended for? Please note that you can only spend package time for outgoing calls on voice calls to any numbers in your home service region. The package of minutes works when located throughout Russia without charging an additional subscription fee. The only exception is when you travel around Crimea - you won’t be able to spend a package of minutes there.
But you can only use Internet traffic when you are in your service region. The package will not be consumed when traveling around the country, and Internet prices will become standard for Megafon when roaming in the Russian Federation.
Important! Calls to Megafon numbers consume minutes from the main package.
When the minutes included in the tariff basis run out, the unlimited and free opportunity to make voice calls to MegaFon numbers in any region of the country will remain available.
