Detailed description of the tariff

“Social package” is a package tariff plan for subscribers with low and medium activity. It is suitable for both simple mobile phones and smartphones. It is provided with a daily subscription fee - its size is 5 rubles / day, which translates into 150 rubles / month. It includes:

• 3 GB of mobile Internet for any needs - for example, viewing email, surfing websites or communicating on social networks;
• 200 minutes to any local numbers and Beeline numbers throughout Russia - approximately 6-7 minutes a day;
• 1000 SMS within Moscow and the Moscow region - a solid SMS package for those who need to send a large number of messages (these are people with disabilities);
• Unlimited mobile Internet for instant messengers - you can communicate on WhatsApp, Viber, Hangout, Kakao Talk, WeeChat, Snapchat, QIP, Skype and even ICQ;
• Unlimited traffic for map services Google Maps, Yandex.Maps, Yandex.Navigator and Yandex.Taxometer.

For 5 rubles/day - this is more than impressive content.

The tariff plan turned out to be cheap and profitable; it is designed for preferential categories of citizens who have a Muscovite social card, a Muscovite card and a social card of the Moscow region. For example, it is suitable for pensioners and people with disabilities. Especially for them, Beeline has prepared a personal offer with a reduced subscription fee - an excellent solution not available from competitors.

Tariffing over packages:

• Any local calls – 2.5 rub/min;
• Intercity within Russia (except for Beeline numbers) – 15 rubles/min;
• SMS to numbers in Moscow and the Moscow region – 2.5 rubles/piece.

International calls are charged according to the standard Beeline price list.

Calls and SMS

What's free:

• calls. 200 minutes per month are provided. On average, this is 5-6 minutes a day. They can be spent on conversations with subscribers of Beeline in Russia and other operators, but only within the connection area;
• 1000 SMS – to the numbers of all operators in the connection area and Beeline Russia numbers;
• trust payment service. If you run out of money in your account, dial *141# “Call” and you will be given 30 rubles for 3 days. There is no need to pay for the service itself. When you top up your balance, these 30 rubles will simply be debited from your account. In other tariffs, a commission of 10 rubles is charged for replenishing an account for this amount.

After the limit of SMS and minutes is exhausted, communication services will become paid. Prices for numbers of all operators within the home region:

• 2.5 rubles per minute of conversation;
• 2.5 rubles – for 1 SMS.

And you don’t need to pay for calls to Beeline numbers in all regions of our country - they are free even after the package of minutes has been exhausted.

Internet

3 GB per month - included in the package. This is a free volume that can be used throughout our country, regardless of what region the subscriber is located in. Only in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug you need to pay 10.95 rubles for 1 MB. In addition, the Internet is provided free of charge:

• on WhatsApp, Viber ICQ, QIP, Snapchat, WeeChat, KakaoTalk, Hangout, Skype;
• on Yandex.maps and GoogleMaps;
• on social networks;
• to music.

In Crimea and Sevastopol, the subscriber will first be allocated 3 MB per day, then 110 MB for 203.39 rubles. If this volume is exhausted, then 2.03 rubles will be charged per 1 MB.

Long distance communication and roaming

Long-distance calls and messages are not included in the “Social Package” and must be paid for separately:

• 15 rubles per minute of conversation;
• 5 rubles for 1 SMS.

Calls to Beeline numbers in other cities are always free, including after the package of minutes has been exhausted.

If we talk about international communications, then the rates for outgoing calls per minute are as follows:

• 35 rubles – to CIS countries, Ukraine, Georgia, to numbers of other operators;
• 55 rubles – to Canada, Europe, Turkey, USA;
• 85 rubles – to other countries.

Outgoing SMS to subscribers of other operators living abroad - 8 rubles per 1 piece.

When traveling around the country, if you decide to call numbers in your region of residence, you will have to pay for calls to numbers of other operators, just like for long-distance calls. That is, 15 rubles per minute of conversation. The same applies if the call is addressed to the home region.

For example, Ivan Petrovich came to Moscow from his native Novosibirsk. If he calls from Moscow to Moscow numbers of any operators except Beeline, he pays 15 rubles per minute, if he calls from Moscow to Novosibirsk, he also pays 15 rubles.

Calls to Beeline numbers, regardless of the subscriber’s location, are always free.

Pros and cons of the TP “Social package”

The main advantages of the new offer:

• A preferential trust payment is provided - 30 rubles for 3 days without additional commission.

Disadvantage - there can only be one room with a tariff per person. If several phone numbers are discovered with a new tariff plan, Beeline has the right to transfer them to the “Bi+” tariff, which is stated in the official offer - everything is legal.

Reviews about the tariff online

Reviews about the tariff plan are contradictory. Some users believe that 1000 SMS is too much, and that it would be nice to be able to exchange them for gigabytes.

Others don’t like the fact that you can’t switch to a tariff – you can only connect it to a new SIM card.

Still others are not satisfied with the number of minutes in the package.

There are also a lot of complaints about the Beeline operator; people don’t like the fact that such a preferential tariff was created only for Muscovites.

Which tariff to choose - “Social package” or without subscription fee

Tariffs without a monthly fee become expensive when making a large number of calls. The “social package” is much more profitable - especially if the majority of calls are made within the network. As for Internet packages, they will provide inexpensive communication with friends and family. And all this splendor costs only 5 rubles/day. If the subscriber does not use the Internet and practically does not make calls, he should subscribe to a tariff without a monthly fee.

» is an interesting tariff plan, which, perhaps, has been sorely lacking lately. Quite expensive package tariffs even with minimal package sizes and extremely dubious tariffs without a subscription fee with confusing conditions and initially connected paid services.

If we talk about the “Big Three”, then the “Social Package” is an extremely profitable tariff plan. If you add Tele2 with “My Conversation”, then the difference is not so great and we will most likely talk about the quality of communication. Terms of Service

When registering a tariff, a number of restrictions apply. A SIM card is issued upon presentation of the necessary documents for only one subscriber. If several numbers are registered for it, the operator has the right to change the tariff plan. The client will be notified of this via SMS message.

The described tariff plan does not provide the option to share gigabytes with loved ones or relatives. When the packages included in the subscription fee are exhausted, the cost of services changes and will be:

Calls to subscribers in the former CIS countries and neighboring countries will cost 30 rubles/minute.

How to disable a tariff plan?

A valid SIM card cannot remain without a tariff. Therefore, in order to disable the “Social Package” tariff, the user can change it to another Beeline tariff, temporarily suspend the number or completely disable it.

You can suspend your tariff and avoid being charged a subscription fee by enabling temporary blocking of the number. The temporary blocking period is up to 90 days. You can activate it through your Personal Account or Beeline support service.

If you simply stop using the SIM card and do not top up your account, then 240 days (8 months) after the balance becomes zero, the contract with you will be considered terminated and the number can be transferred to another subscriber.

Who is the Social Package suitable for?

This tariff from the Beeline operator is specially designed for Russian citizens in need of government support. Therefore, the company’s clients can connect or switch to it if they have the following documents:

• pensioner (disabled person) certificate;
• student ID;
• extract on the assignment of social benefits;
• social card of a Muscovite, St. Petersburg resident;
• certificate of a parent with many children.

Every citizen receiving government benefits has the right to connect the service to 1 telephone number.

Shutdown

Disabling is carried out by switching to a different tariff. That is, you cannot simply refuse to use the tariff plan; the SIM card will not function without it. If you are unhappy with the conditions, then study the offers on the operator’s website or contact an employee at the office. Choose the option you like and activate it.

It is also possible to disable the plan if you completely terminate the contract with the operator company. To do this, you need to fill out a special application.

The telecom operator offers social card holders to receive all available services at a special price. There are several tariff offers available, from which everyone can choose the one that suits them.

Special conditions are available to those who have a home phone from an operator. For them, connecting to home Internet and TV will be available at an additional discount, and digital television separately costs only fifty rubles.

Home unlimited Internet as part of the “Social Package” line is provided at a speed of thirty megabits. The cost is two hundred rubles per month if you have a telephone, or fifty rubles more if you do not have one.

Packages with Internet and TV are available in two versions. With a social package for 57 TV channels, Internet and TV will cost 320 rubles, and seventy rubles more if digital TV includes more than one hundred and forty channels. These rates apply if you have a home phone. If it is not there, then the price is fifty rubles higher.

A package with mobile communications is also offered at the “Smart Light” tariff for 490 rubles. It also includes Internet for the home at a speed of thirty megabits and a social package of digital television. The mobile tariff allows you to get a gigabyte of traffic for a month, and two hundred messages and minutes, which are used to all numbers across the country. After using minutes at the social tariff, you can communicate for free with all subscribers of the MTS and MGTS networks, both mobile and Moscow landline.

The tariff for voice communication is only one hundred minutes. But it is worth considering that they are spent only when calling other local operators and Tele2 in other regions. The disadvantages of the offer include the fact that unlimited online only applies to households.
