We looked at what operators offer for small and medium-sized businesses. And they were surprised.

I don’t know how much you spend on corporate communications – but I suspect that you would like to spend less. Nowadays package offers are in fashion; no one pays for “minutes” anymore. Whose “package” should you choose to be sure?

Last month Yota entered this market with its business proposal. So the rules of the game have changed.

We went through the offers of the 5 largest operators in the country and made a small comparison of conditions.

Let’s immediately discuss the conditions of comparison so that everything is fair.

By region: prices in Moscow are indicated everywhere. By price: choose a tariff with a monthly fee from 450 to 600 rubles. For services outside the package: we indicate the price of outgoing calls and SMS to other operators throughout Russia, and not just in your home region.

Everything else - traffic volume, minutes, and so on - is given as is. Roughly speaking, we select the package price and see what return each invested ruble .

MTS. Smart business M. 500 rubles

Tariff conditions:

• Unlimited on-net calls in your home region
• 700 outgoing minutes in your home region + MTS Russia
• 1000 SMS to home region numbers
• 4 GB of Internet throughout Russia

Outside package:

• Calls: 2 rubles per 1 minute
• Internet: 100 rubles per 1 GB
• SMS: 3.8 rubles per message

Average in almost all respects in comparison - except that SMS is quite expensive. The fly in the ointment lies elsewhere. Unlike other operators on the list, MTS simply blocks access to the mobile Internet when the packet traffic is exhausted.

When you access the Network, a window opens asking you to pay 100 rubles for 1 gigabyte. You can pay strictly up to 15 times a month (1500 rubles for 15 GB). The end result is really expensive and can be dangerous for smartphone owners who do business via the Internet and generally do not limit themselves to SMS and calls.

Finally, this package can only be activated for you by the administrator of a corporate account, and not by the owner of the number - and this is an additional layer of bureaucracy.

Megaphone. Corporate unlimited. 550 rubles

Tariff conditions:

• Unlimited on-net calls in your home region
• 600 outgoing minutes in your home region + MegaFon Russia
• 100 SMS daily MegaFon Russia, 50 SMS to other operators in the home region
• 10 GB of Internet throughout Russia

Outside package:

• Calls: 3 rubles per 1 minute
• Internet: speed reduced to 64 Kbps
• SMS: 3.9 rubles per message

The approach to messages is interesting: instead of a single package, a daily, but limited one is offered. Let's take the minimum, multiply 50 SMS by 30 days - and we get 1500 SMS per month, which are included in the tariff. Not bad. After MTS, we are pleased with 10 GB of mobile Internet, which is really enough for any business tasks.

On the other hand, call minutes are relatively few compared to other offers. 3 rubles per minute outside the tariff is also slightly above average. The Internet is “cut” due to exhaustion, there are no surprises here.

Tele2. Beta. 600 rubles

Tariff conditions:

• Unlimited calls within the network in Russia
• 1500 minutes for all calls within Russia
• 1500 SMS throughout Russia
• 10 GB of Internet throughout Russia

Outside package:

• Calls: 3 rubles per 1 minute
• Internet: speed reduced to 64 Kbps
• SMS: 1 ruble per message

Tele2's offer is surprising in its generosity if you look at it without context. There are more than enough minutes, SMS too, and all this throughout the country without long-distance roaming. They also give you 10 gigabytes of internet. The package is a little more expensive than the others - 50-100 rubles on top.

If I didn’t know how Tele2 works in Moscow (and in some regions too), then the winner would be obvious. The fact is that the network in the capital operates only in 3G/LTE mode . That is, in buildings, in passages and subways, and in general in case of any difficulties, the subscriber runs the risk of losing the signal out of the blue.

I don’t know how things are with reception today, but after a personal test of Tele2 a couple of months ago, I did not dare to leave this operator as my main one. I can’t wrap my head around why there’s an operator who doesn’t catch.

Beeline. For business. 600 rubles

Tariff conditions:

• Unlimited calls within the corporate network
• 600 minutes in the home region throughout Russia
• 600 SMS in the home region and within the network
• 10 GB of Internet throughout Russia

Outside package:

• Calls: 3 rubles per 1 minute
• Internet: speed reduced to 64 Kbps
• SMS: 1.5 rubles per message

It turned out to be the most complex business tariff due to the accumulation of conditions. On the website, I had to look for them with a magnifying glass in a dozen drop-down lists, in one of which there was a link to the full layout in PDF (where you also can’t figure it out at a glance). It’s as if they really want to confuse, other operators are clearer.

Apparently, Beeline is the only one who does not provide unlimited calls within the network in business tariffs. You can call another Beeline only for money, and this is strange. The package itself does not shine with special generosity for SMS and outgoing. But they give you 10 GB of internet.

Yota for business. From 490 rubles

Terms of offer:

• Unlimited calls within the network
• 300 minutes to landline and mobile numbers in Russia in your home region and when traveling around the country
• Unlimited SMS to any mobile numbers in Russia (+50 rubles, already included)
• Unlimited Internet in Russia

Outside package:

• Calls: 2.5 rubles per 1 minute
• Internet: always unlimited
• SMS: without package – 2.5 rubles per message

The most unusual offer among those presented was launched quite recently. For example, there is no roaming as such. You can be anywhere and call anywhere in Russia with a package of minutes. They give unlimited SMS for only 50 rubles per month.

But the most important thing in this offer is unlimited mobile Internet for smartphones. At the moment, only Yota has it; other operators simply do not offer “unlimited” to corporate clients. A company with unlimited Internet on devices is a strength.

The only disadvantage of the cheapest package is the small number of minutes. The minus is relative, because we call less and less and use messengers, Internet dialers, and browsers more and more. Unlimited Internet in 2021 means virtually unlimited calls. This is what Yota focuses on.

Another plus is that if the whole company is on Yota, you won’t have to spend any money on calls between employees, no matter where they are.

Beeline corporate tariffs

In April 2021, the mobile operator Beeline launched a branch of new “Bright Business” tariffs, which easily adapts to the individual needs of the user. The bottom line is that one collective agreement pretexts a different arsenal of settings for each subscriber. It is worth noting that making calls is absolutely free, the package operates even in the Crimea. Most tariff plans include free minutes for outgoing calls. Thanks to this, going on a business trip has become more pleasant and profitable.

The following prices are intended for residents of Moscow and surrounding areas. In other regions, tariff prices may vary.

"Bright business over 500"

The name of the tariff speaks for itself, since the cost of use is 500 rubles per month. This tariff package includes the following list of services:

• Over six hours of free calls;
• 10 gigabytes of mobile Internet;
• A multi-channel SIM card that allows you to simultaneously receive about one hundred numbers throughout the country. During a call, the device will display a single corporate package number.
• Single license for cloud PBX.
• A CRM system is a function that allows you to maintain a database of consumers for various organizations.
• Voice menu that redirects customers to the desired menu with the press of a single key.

Additionally, you can arrange Internet distribution for other smartphones just by setting up the device. A useful opportunity for successful business management.

"Bright business for 750"

The next tariff plan is more profitable and requires a monthly investment of 750 rubles. For this price, the subscriber will receive 20 GB of mobile traffic, 500 free messages and 1000 minutes for an interview with a client. Additionally, there is support for a CRM device, multi-channel number, group caller ID and active voice menu.

The package also includes the ability to distribute the Internet to five devices simultaneously. The conclusion of an agreement regarding the use of a tariff package between company employees occurs without additional investments.

It is noteworthy that even if the limit is exceeded, calls to Beeline numbers are made free of charge. To numbers of other Russian mobile operators you will have to pay 2 rubles per minute.

"Bright business for 1200"

This tariff plan is paid in the amount of 1,200 rubles per month, after which the subscriber receives: 1,000 free messages, 2,000 minutes for calls within a mobile connection and one cloud PBX license, which allows you to manage the entire system for making calls.

There is also support for a multi-channel number, thanks to which the consumer can always reach the company’s line without long waits. There is a voice menu setting, which simplifies work with clients. In Crimea, calls can be made at a cost of 2 rubles per minute.

"Bright business for 1700"

By paying 1,700 rubles per month for this tariff plan, the subscriber receives a list of privileges with support for pleasant Internet functions. The list of package services includes:

• 1000 free SMS messages;
• 3500 minutes for free calls to subscribers of other mobile operators;
• 40 gigabytes of mobile Internet traffic;
• Support for cloud PBX, which allows you to control calls within the organization;
• Multichannel number;
• Voice call control.

A nice feature of the tariff is the presence of the “Internet for everything” function. Using this feature, you can configure the distribution of mobile traffic to an unlimited number of devices.

"Bright business for 3000"

This is the most productive and expensive tariff plan that allows you to enjoy unlimited mobile Internet, as well as 1000 free messages, 5 thousand calls for interviews with clients, cloud PBX and a list of other features. Support for multi-channel number and voice control is also available.

Tariff with unlimited calls

The only tariff with unlimited calls should have won in this nomination - “Let's Talk” from Beeline, but when I decided to double-check its parameters, it turned out that this tariff plan had already been archived and was not available for connections. Now the “Big Four” do not have a tariff with unlimited calls to numbers of any operators, and there is no winner in this category. This is sad.

MTS corporate tariffs

The Russian mobile network MTS did not lag behind its competitor and developed its own line of corporate tariff plans. Each of the provided packages has its own cost and the availability of pleasant services, which differ in the amount of resources provided.

"MTS Business Smart"

MTS corporate packages are distinguished by a wide range of services and a huge list of tariff plans themselves, which opens the “smart start” package. A special feature of this program is the availability of free calls within the company that has entered into an agreement with the tariff plan. A single corporate number is provided by which the organization will be identified. The cost of mobile communication services in Moscow has increased by 20% compared to other regions.

"Smart Business Start"

The cheapest and simplest package that opens up the tariff line and offers absolute unlimited limits within one organization. The following prices are established for organizations located in Moscow. Other regions have lower costs for similar services.

For 400 rubles per month the operator offers:

• 3 GB mobile internet;
• 400 minutes for calls to all Russian operators;
• 400 free messages.

Calls within a single corporate network are made free of charge.

"Smart Business M"

The next package offer called “Smart Business M” is characterized by the presence of a larger amount of tariff resources. The cost of 600 rubles per month will provide the user with the following services:

• 1000 free SMS messages;
• 10 GB of mobile Internet traffic;
• 1000 minutes for calls to other Russian telecom operators;
• Unlimited calls within your own region, which are issued within the framework of the concluded contract.

It is worth remembering that this tariff plan operates exclusively in the territory where the contract was signed. When traveling to another region, the cost of calls and other services of the package corresponds to roaming tariffs.

You can switch to an MTS tariff plan with another number by paying 100 rubles.

"Smart Business L"

This tariff package provides corporate line subscribers with a higher range of available services. Just like previous plans, Smart Business L has different costs depending on the region of the country. For users of the capital of the Russian Federation, the cost of services will cost 1,000 rubles, while other regions will be limited to 850 rubles. This package offer includes:

• 2000 minutes for calls to any Russian telecom operators;
• 2000 free SMS/mms messages;
• 15 gigabytes of mobile Internet;
• Unlimited calls within your region.

The program provides for transition from other mobile operators. The cost of the service is 100 rubles.

"Smart Business XL"

The large package offer “Smart Business XL” offers its users favorable terms of cooperation with the support of pleasant bonuses. The tariff plan, costing 1,500 rubles per month, provides:

• 3000 SMS notifications;
• 300 free minutes for all types of calls;
• unlimited communication with company employees and clients;
• 20 GB of mobile Internet traffic.

A nice bonus of the package is that there are no payments for the first 10 minutes of calls outside the country. It is also worth noting that the tariff for the delivered cost operates throughout Russia, and not just in Moscow.

"Smart Business Unlimited"

The company’s most voluminous and profitable package, providing the widest range of services for only 3,500 rubles per month. Having paid the assigned amount, the subscriber will receive complete unlimited communication both within MTS mobile communications and within all other Russian operators. Additionally, 30 GB of Internet and 5,000 SMS messages are provided.

For tablet

The operator has developed a tariff package designed exclusively for working on tablets. The connection cost is 580 rubles per month, thanks to which the plan offers the following services:

• 10 gigabytes of mobile Internet;
• Automatic data protection during transmission;
• Availability of cloud for tablet;
• Anti-virus and anti-hacking support;
• Unlimited access to social networks, video hosting and Yandex services.

Connect

As a rule, MTS tariff packages are used not only by ordinary subscribers, but also by legal entities who need a high-quality Internet connection. Therefore, the company has developed a tariff that offers a wide range of services at a relatively low cost. By paying only 800 rubles per month, the user will receive:

• Antivirus system;
• 50 gigabytes of cloud for the device;
• Unlimited Internet;
• Internet distribution function.

IoT for business

MTS has developed a unique tariff plan that has the ability to adapt to specific Internet of Things equipment. To connect to the plan, the user needs to decide on the further use of the service, since IoT for business uses channels for data transfer in the following areas:

• Multimedia advertising equipment;

About unlimited

Many customers are looking for unlimited offers with unlimited internet access. But are there similar solutions in the operator’s line-up?

At the moment, the company has completely abandoned unlimited. The reasons are as follows:

• Network load increases too quickly.
• The company does not have time to update them.
• It is more profitable to sell Megafon tariffs in St. Petersburg with service packages.

Therefore, you should not expect a return to the old scheme in the near future. The operator has already created an alternative - offers with unlimited applications. You will be able to access selected programs for free.

Megafon corporate tariffs

The Russian telecom operator Megafon has developed a rather profitable tariff line for its own mobile communications. There are 4 divisions, which differ in the volume of resources provided and, of course, cost. The main features of package offers include the use of cashback and controlled unlimited access to a wide range of Internet applications.

"Specialist"

The smallest tariff plan offers the user a standard set of services in the form of unlimited call minutes and Internet access. For 450 rubles per month you can use:

• 300 minutes for calls on other telecom operators.

The next tariff plan is distinguished by the presence of wider program functionality. By paying 700 rubles per month, the user receives absolute unlimited use of Internet services, unlimited access to various social networks and instant messengers, as well as 700 minutes of calls within the country. There is also an adjustment of batch resources: 700/24 ​​- 1100/16 (minutes/gigabytes, respectively).

"Manager"

This tariff plan is intended for subscribers who regularly use large volumes of package data. The cost of connecting to the service is 1000 rubles. The offer provided includes:

Which tariff is considered the most profitable?

This is the main problem. It is quite difficult to give universal advice, because each subscriber needs something different.

Mobile operators in Russia most often offer tariffs in the form of packages, which include a certain amount of the following services:

• mobile communications (conversations),
• SMS messages,
• Internet traffic.

By paying a subscription fee, you pay in advance for the volume of services included in the tariff. If you require more services, they come at an additional cost. This also needs to be taken into account.

Most often, the main question that you need to solve for yourself when choosing the most profitable mobile communication tariff for you is what is more priority, the number of minutes of calls or Internet traffic. Or maybe both are equally necessary.

It is also useful to study the conditions under which mobile communication services are provided. For example, it is very important to know how much each additional minute of calls costs after you use up your monthly package. It is possible that a tariff with a lower monthly fee will end up costing more than a tariff with a higher one if, according to its terms, additional minutes turn out to be much more expensive.

Tele2 corporate tariffs

Tele2 has organized a tariff schedule in 2021 that is ideal for private legal entities, large companies and ordinary subscribers. By paying a certain amount, the user receives a unique SIM card with a large amount of unlimited resources and favorable conditions. Unlike other mobile operators, the Tele2 tariff line offers a surprisingly low cost for the existing conditions. The company has four tariff plans.

Tariff “My Business XS”

The minimum package offer “My Business XS” provides a standard set of resources and services. For a low cost of 250 rubles, the operator provides:

• 3 GB of mobile Internet traffic, which is not consumed when used on social networks VKontakte, Facebook, Viber, WhatsApp, Odnoklassniki and Tamtam.
• 50 free messages to all Russian telecom operators;
• 300 free minutes for making calls throughout Russia;
• Unlimited communication within the framework of the concluded agreement.

Tariff “My Business S”

An additional feature of the package is support for free use of Yandex services, namely: navigator, maps and transport (taxi).

You can also pay an additional 200 rubles and get unlimited internet.

Tariff “My Business M”

This package offer is distinguished by a large amount of Internet traffic (25 GB) and a wide selection of functions. The connection cost is 550 rubles per month, after which the subscriber receives:

• 1000 minutes for making calls throughout Russia;
• Unlimited communication within your region;
• 200 free SMS messages;
• Support for free use of Yandex services.

If you use mobile Internet traffic, the system automatically turns off data transfer. By the way, connected gigabytes do not apply to social networks.

Tariff “My Business L”

The largest tariff plan of Tele2, providing the user with almost unlimited possibilities for the amount of 850 rubles per month. As in previous mobile packages, Internet traffic does not apply to social networks, instant messengers, Yandex applications and services.

The operator provides 35 GB for the Internet, 2000 free calls for all mobile communications representatives in Russia, 300 free messages and completely unlimited calls within the company.

Internet for devices

Tele2 has produced a tariff package that is designed for use exclusively in routers and modems. Thanks to the offer, any subscriber pays a low cost for mobile Internet. The ability to make a voice call is also supported, but in this case the cost of services increases.

The basic service of this program has a cost in the following proportion: 1 MB - 1 rub.

Tariff "My team"

This flexible tariff system is intended for use throughout Russia by corporate organizations. The cost of a basic set of services is 4,120 rubles per month. By paying the designated amount, the user will receive:

• 7500 minutes for calls throughout Russia;
• 225 gigabytes of mobile Internet;
• 150 free messages;
• Absolute unlimited within your region.

Now the virtual operators Tinkoff Mobile, Danycom, SberMobile are gaining momentum; these operators have plenty of favorable tariffs for individuals. But virtual operators do not provide corporate tariffs.

How to connect a tariff

The procedure for connecting to the “My Business” corporate tariff is somewhat different from the instructions for ordinary subscribers. We propose to analyze it step by step. It is recommended to adhere to the following algorithm:

2. A page will open with a detailed description of business services. Here you can familiarize yourself with popular tariff plans, features of corporate offers, view additional services and, of course, leave your application for a consultation. To do this, select one of the tariffs and click on the “Connect” button.

3. On the new page you will see a functional order designer. It must indicate the following: The required number of SIM cards for each selected tariff plan;
4. You can select multiple tariff plans if required. All of them will be drawn up under one service agreement;
5. Additional services if necessary (Virtual PBX, SMS-Target);
6. The name of your organization;
7. Her Taxpayer Identification Number;
8. A name by which the consultant can contact you;
9. Current phone number and email for feedback;

Within a certain period (depending on the time of day when submitting the application and the workload of the business department employees), your request will be processed.
