As part of the tariff plan, you can order additional mobile Internet packages. The cost of the service is 75 rubles/package, within which the user is credited with 500 MB of traffic. You can use the available megabytes throughout Russia.

To connect/disconnect the service, you need to dial *111*936 and the call button or through the functionality of your Personal Account. You can use no more than 15 additional volumes per month.

Roaming options

Outside the home zone, the client begins to be charged for the provision of services from the mobile operator according to the terms of internal roaming. To activate the use of service packages in a foreign region before leaving, just activate the “Everywhere at home” option; in this case, preferential services are provided under the following conditions:

  • incoming connections are free;
  • calls in all directions - 3 rubles;
  • outgoing sms up to 100 pcs. per day – 0 rub.

For connecting the option, 30 rubles will be deducted from the account, and the daily fee will be 7 rubles.

To activate, use the USSD code *111*3333# or send SMS 3333 to the short number 111.

Options for disabling a tariff plan

Disabling is carried out using the following methods:

  1. Through your personal account. First you need to register in the system. In the “Services and Tariffs” section, you should disable the current tariff plan by deactivating the SIM card or replace it.
  2. Through the 8800 support operator. A company employee will help solve any informational or technical problem. It is enough to tell him the phone number, code word and purpose of the call.

To disable the tariff plan, you can also simply block the SIM card. You can send a message to number 111 containing the following text: 2163. In this case, there is no need for the balance to be positive, since the service is free. After the tariff change or deactivation occurs, the subscriber will receive an SMS notification containing all the necessary information.
