In 2010, MTS already opened free access to the text version of Facebook, but a year later closed this opportunity. Active mobile users of social networks do not need a simplified version, an MTS representative explained then.
Beeline previously provided free access to some sites, including the social networks VKontakte and Facebook, but has no plans to do so again. In terms of basic packages, Tariff “X” is devastatingly inferior to these tariffs, and in general, if compared with other tariff plans, it will lose to almost everyone. But the strength of this tariff plan is its unlimited limits. There are unlimited limits for “heavy” services: YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, music services and social networks, which, when used extensively, can also be called “heavy”, that is, consuming a lot of Internet traffic.
But there is one caveat. For example, the same MTS has a “NETARIF” tariff plan. With minimal settings we have:
