The SIM card was supposed to be delivered to me by a courier who, at my request, took it to work and not home, I repeat, to work! But, naturally, on the appointed day, the courier arrived during working hours at the address of my residence, not my work (the address was mentioned four times where to take it). But that's just the beginning. He came to me at the beginning of the next week, the courier brought a SIM card, we can also mention the courier: he fills out forms with an incomprehensible handwriting, with errors Moscow with A, it doesn’t matter to him, it doesn’t matter that he doesn’t know where to write, the service what to say! I filled out all the data, inserted the card and there was a debt of 600 rubles

Well, I think it hasn’t been activated yet, or maybe they just handed me another card, not the one they offered, I forgot and pulled the card out of my phone, thinking I won’t use it. 3 hours after the arrival of the first courier, the second one calls - “girl, I brought you a SIM card, now I’m standing near your house, . When I go back to work after my vacation, I discover that for some reason my home Internet does not work, although I have an auto-payment, I think it’s lost, I try to log into my personal account, it doesn’t log in, it says that THE ACCOUNT IS LINKED TO A PHONE NUMBER and I can ONLY log in by NOW, well, I think okay, I’ll find this ill-fated SIM card! I turn it on and there is a debt on it, and not 150 rubles (since before that the auto payment was 400 rubles, as is the cost of my monthly tariff, but now it should be 550) but 1100 rubles. I pay for the Internet automatically and regularly, and such an amount simply could not exist! I came to the Beeline office on Kurskaya, they went into my personal account, it was still not available to me, they asked for my number and said that the number that converged with my home Internet was a completely different one! That is, someone very “smart” attached to my home Internet number the subscriber number of another person, some man (passport details and simple names didn’t bother anyone), I never recognized his number, but it was automatically sent to his account my autopay! Not to my home Internet account number, as I registered earlier, but to my phone account. In the office I repeat verbatim, they said “we screwed up!”, We are writing an application to write off the debt. But they wrote me off only 550 out of 1100 for the first month of non-use! And the money that went to the left guy, through YOUR fault, and not mine (I couldn’t even know, because I didn’t have access to my personal account), was never returned! Oh yes, in order for the Internet to work this month, a friend of mine put 200 rubles into my personal account on top of my auto payment of 400 rubles, i.e. the amount I paid this month is 600 rubles to my home Internet account, but on my phone account - 550 rubles “Great” work by Beeline employees! All payments I made were made through my home internet account! After unlinking a number unknown to me, the Internet does not work again, the debt hangs, and I am increasingly disappointed in the operator!
