The service is available only on the Super MTS tariff plan. It is included in the initial list of services that is connected when switching to the tariff. But you can refuse it at any time.
Description of service
In older versions of the Super MTS tariff plan, there were free on-net calls in the amount of 20 minutes per day. For some subscribers who communicate primarily within the network, this was more than enough. Over time, free minutes were removed by launching a new version of the tariff with the “Everything is super” option. It includes intranet unlimited, valid within the connection region, and 100 MB of Internet per day. The subscription fee was initially 9 rubles/day, later it was increased to 10 rubles/day.
From July 23, 2021, MTS launched the “Everything Super+” option. In terms of its content, it is almost identical to the previous version, but there are still some differences. What kind of from MTS? It includes:
- Unlimited calls within the network - but only within the connection region. When traveling around Russia, the package works within the region where you are located (except for Crimea and Sevastopol);
- 3 GB of mobile Internet for a month - you can carefully stretch it over the entire period or use up the package in a few days, then purchase additional traffic.
Subscription fee – 9 rubles/day for Moscow and the Moscow region; in other regions the subscription fee may differ from that indicated.
The “Super MTS” tariff without additional options assumes the following pricing for communication services:
- Calls to local MTS mobile numbers – 1.75 rubles/min;
- Calls to other local mobile phones – 2.5 rubles/min;
- Calls to landlines – 1.75 rubles/min;
- Intercity within Russia – 14 rubles/min;
- Calls to all-Russian MTS numbers – 5.5 rubles/min.
Calls abroad – 35 rubles/min to Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Belarus, 40 rubles/min to Abkhazia, Azerbaijan, South Ossetia, Georgia, Tajikistan, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Ukraine, 60 rubles/min to European countries and 80 rub/min in other international directions.
The cost of mobile traffic within the framework is 25 rubles for every 20 MB.

The terms of provision practically do not change in different regions, but its cost will differ significantly. Connection is always free, but a fee is charged for the first day of using the service. For clarity, we compare the daily fee in some regions in the following table.

Peculiarities
The service works only on the Super MTS tariff plan. There are also a number of restrictions that subscribers should be aware of:

- A new 100 MB traffic package is provided every night at 00:00.

Initially, I wrote here that the service is unlikely to be in demand, since there are free minutes for calls to MTS numbers. They were only on archived tariff plans, which MTS will close in a number of regions altogether. The new version of the Super MTS tariff does not have these free minutes. You can either pay for communication as on a regular tariff without a monthly fee, for example, Red Energy, or pay a monthly fee for.
The “Everything is super” option itself is not so bad, but it is directly related to updating the tariff plan. Previously, you could call MTS numbers for free (20 minutes per day). Now calls are unlimited, there is a small mobile Internet package, but you already need to pay.
